Suprised By Good Reviews

Granted this happened last summer but I felt like it should be shared. My fiancé and I were shopping for a sedan to replace my high school Mustang that was getting old. I found an AWD BMW 500 series that I liked and it was cheap at about $11k so I thought I would go check it out and give it a test drive. I wasn’t looking for anything perfect, but I wanted something to be able to drive so I could get another sports car later on. I checked it over and despite a giant gash in the bumper that looked like someone sprayed painted over it and the countless rock chips on the front I decided to give them a chance and take it on a test drive. It seemed to drive and brake well but there was one little problem I couldn’t look past. The interior was beyond dirty and the smell of cigarettes was literally imprinted on this leather interior. To add to my horror of the interior the passenger door panel was being held on my duct tape. To add to the icing on the cake when it was time to get out the door lock jammed on the passenger side and I could hear severe grinding, my wife was stuck, the door wouldn’t open and myself and the salesman, who had just started their within a months of my test drive, had to pry the door open to get her out. They offered to take us inside and talk about the car, not sure why I said yes, but it did. Sat down and got the complimentary water. Tried to explain that the piece of crap wasn’t worth $11k so the owner came out to talk to us. He explained that “you will never find a perfect car” and the issues are thing “I can overlook/ get used to.” I asked if they would repair the obviously broken door lock, but said they wouldn’t unless I committed to buying it. Being a car enthusiast I spend a lot of time looking at cars online and at car lots. So over the past year after the nightmare test drive I have been there and online to check out other cars. Most of them are overly priced and either damaged or repaired so poorly that you can see the body gap or the off color paint. I looked at Toyota MR2 for $6k and it had severe rust spots forming around the convertible top. I hate to hate on a dealer but my overall experienced really sucked and the quality of cars do not seem acceptable compared to prices and the pushiness of the sales staff. I do not recommend buying a car here unless you are getting a good deal or are technically inclined and plan on fixing the issues you will be buying.

Out of this world service!

I was shopping for a car for a few weeks now, no clue what I wanted. I had went to a few new car stores, and I felt like no one wanted to work with me. I know its no fun test driving a few cars, but how am I supposed to know what I really want. Spending this amount of money is a big deal to me. I dont just want to be treated like a pest. I went into Indy Auto's new location to look at an Audi. Josh showed me quite a few cars I was interested in. He informed me higher end cars like Audi are a little expensive to maintain. I'm not a rich person, so any help is much appreciated. I purchased a NIIIIICE Subaru. Fun, all wheel drive, and reliable. I will be bringing all my friends and family here as they treated me like a king! They got me a better interest rate than my own credit union! Saved me tons. I did my research so I know i got a great deal! Thanks guys!

Great experience!

After having a hard time buying my first car a few years ago, I was nervous going to buy a new one... but Joshua was very helpful and never pressured me into anything I didn't like! He gave me a free warranty and even had the car detailed before I brought it home! He was great with my young kids too! This is definitely the gut you wanna see!

Lived up to my expectations (and their ratings)

Everyone on their staff was professional, friendly, and courteous to both my wife and me. From the initial contact/test drive through to the last signature (which happened within a matter of 1-2 hours), we were given the appropriate amount of attention without any undue pressure to buy. My only (relatively minor) complaint was that the online advertisement included "with Navigation System" when in reality the vehicle was not equipped with one.

Quick response time

Responded to request quickly and was not pressuring to make a sale. He was understanding when I let him know the sale of my previous vehicle fell through.

Outstanding

I thought Shannon Kruger and Brady Krueger did everything possible for my dad and me to get our deal done. I appreciate all their hard work and effort. My dad and I drove 175 miles to the dealership so we wanted to leave with a vehicle. Shannon is knowledgeable, kind and was thoughtful.

Fast and painless trasnaction

With lots of patience and transparency Richard showed me every car I inquired about. He listened to my priorities and showed me the cars that fulfilled my needs. I have and will continue to recommend Richard to anyone looking for a car to buy and will contact Richard next time I am interested in buying an automobile.

A good enough dealer to get me to fly across the country

Richard was a great salesperson to work with. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and he was able to back up all his promises. After chatting with him on the phone a few times, I flew out to Indy to pick up my dream car, and couldn't have had a better overall experience. I'd highly recommend Richard to any of my friends.
