I was searching online for a 2012 Ford Escape without intending to buy at the time. I found exactly what I wanted. So I called and set up an appointment to test drive the Escape. Tre was my salesman. He let my son and I take it for a drive. When we got back he asked what we thought and we decided to buy. The whole time neither Tre nor anyone else was pushing us to buy. I really appreciated that! When I came back the next day, Shannon and Brady helped with purchasing process and were very friendly and helpful. I love my 2012 Escape!

The vehicle advertised on Cars.com was just as it was pictured--great condition, low mileage and a very good price. Brady Krueger Sr. and the young salesman worked together, with the finance manager to make everything come together, from plenty of test drive time, to my mechanic's inspection to financing. All my questions were answered and small problems fixed. No high pressure, they just did everything to make what could be a stressful situation as easy and pleasant as possible. Another great experience with Shannon and Brady. Had the car cleaned and ready for our test drive. My son loved the car and they gave us a great deal. I have been buying cars from indy auto imports for 5 years. It is the best dealership of used cars. Service always excellent. Sales people know what they are talking about. The company it's self organized and professional. Very helpfull in choosing cars. I personally would recommend anyone before going to any other dealerships to stop by and take a look at the inventory. Good people and very good cars.

Jason Laycock made it a joy to find the right car for our daughter! When we ran into some initial problems with the car we'd chosen, Jason introduced us to Brady, the GM, and Oleg, the owner. They helped work through the challenges and Oleg made it clear that his company's goal is to please his clients. I look forward to working with them again in the future!

I went to Indy Auto Imports looking for a safe car for my son. I don't know a lot about cars but told them some specific things I was interested in. They let us test drive a few cars to make sure we were comfortable with our options. The prices were great and they worked with me to get a loan. The lady who helped me, Shannon, made me feel comfortable about my purchase. There was no pressure and and she put a lot of effort into make sure I was happy and found the car that I was looking for.
