Best Used Car Experience Ever

I purchased a low mileage 06' 350z and drove it home from Dallas to Northern Virginia 1300 miles away. I had no major issues which is outstanding for a 16 year old car from a used car dealership. They clearly do service and clean up their used cars very nicely and are careful in their selections and acquisitions. Jay was very reasonable about pricing especially considering today's inflated market and he didn't cheap out on small stuff so that I would be safe on travel. Their processing fees are the lowest that I've seen anywhere. This is one of the FEW places I'd actually go to again and check on their inventory if I were to be in the market for another used car again in the future. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member who is conducting a nationwide search. Their processing fees are the lowest and best that I've seen anywhere. From beginning inquiry to finish the experience was great and professional. Unlike most other inflexible dealerships on the East Coast I test drove and spoke with these guys are honest, enthusiastic, fast and were not pig-headed & arrogant about anything just because they can be. Correspondence is second to none and unlike others in the business they understand and use phones and digital communication very clearly and effectively. You can ask for photos, videos etc and don't get the usual tag lines and invasive pressure so long as the car is still for sale. I visited Autopark Dallas in person and it's clear that they bring very good cars into their ownership for sale; their lot is very impressive. I cannot say the same for the 3 or 4 other places I visited in the past month in three other states. So I am very happy with the car and the entire experience here.

One of the best customer services experiences I’ve ever...

One of the best customer services experiences I’ve ever had. Jeremy and Jay are great salesmen and have the best communication. Has never been easier then this buying a car out of state and shipping it. Great Dealership!!

Great experience looking at a couple of cars. Haven't purchased but planning on going back to see if they get a car I'm interested in. They have a great number of manual transmission cars and some of them are really great looking cars.

GREAT People! & BAD A** CARS!

I bought a very clean Corvette from Auto Park Dallas. Low Miles, great car. The entire experience was great. Jay was laid back and helped me get the deal done. I never once felt like I was being sold. The GM and Jay both worked to get to the price we were all happy with. I would recommend them to anyone shopping for a car. They are straight up and easy to work with!

Car was very misrepresented & lied to

I bought a 2008 Mustang GT/CS a couple of weeks ago . The pictures were taken back far enough for the car , not to see the wheels were worse than described , the car was filthy underneath where you open the doors that I had to use #20 grit compound to clean the dirt off , the hood had be obviously before , that anyone could tell , they never told me that , and the paint had corroded in numerous spots , I was never told about , I had told them just to give me a honest answer to my questions , I live in Ohio , they got back to me and said I was to picky , and they they did lower the price on EBay when I offered a price , I still payed way to much for the condition of the car , if I had seen it in person , I would have never bought it no matter the price , very dishonest people .

A positive car buying experience!

We flew from Denver to Dallas to look at a car my grandson was interested in. Jose was our sales person. We were picked up at the Airport. The car was everything as described. The experience was surprisingly easy and the showroom cars absolutely amazing. We rode back to Denver with my grandson in his new 2017 Infiniti Q60.

I am currently working with the dealer, and will finish my review once it's done. On the positive side though, they did offer a powder coat service (of course took value off on the trade in, despite the wheels being pretty decently damaged by previous owner which was greedy), and the wheels look great.
