Purchased an Escalade recently and didn’t do my due diligence and check it over good. Jay said they check these but obviously they do not. After I bought the car I had over $2000 in repairs. I tried to contact them to see if they would help with any of the cost but they gave me the run around. Obviously it’s my fault for not getting a mechanic to check the car but I would beware of buying a car from these guys.

Salesman was great and a straight shooter. Purchased a clean vehicle in good shape with good carfax report.

Overall great experience. Worked with Stephen, Jay and Nick. Was well received by Stephen on initial visit despite it being close to closing time and he still made time to show me the vehicle I was interested in. Set a time to comeback later in the week to test drive the vehicle and buy if everything checked out. We decided to do a deal. Jay and Nick were solid and we can to an amicable agreement on car price and value for my trade in. Overall left happier than when I came in and with a new ride to enjoy. Would definitely recommend for anyone who likes modified used cars.

I went to this place with expectations of having to play hardball with the guys. But I was wrong! From the first minute I was treated well by Steven, and the guy Jay came through and provided a VERY great buying experience. Never did I experience neglect, hostility, bias, or rudeness. They are all good people. Holla at Jay and his manager, point blank. Good guys to do business with. They worked with me to get what I wanted and made it happen. And I put that on Moses sandals 🤝🏿 💯

Best dealership experience I've EVER had. Bought my Ferrari 360 sight unseen from CA and had a seamless buying experience. Called the store on a whim and spoke to Stephen regarding a "must have" car I found online and a little more than a week later, it's now in my driveway. The salesman was super helpful and made me an extensive walk around video prior to purchase covering the car. In addition, the team was very accommodating with facilitating a pre purchase inspection at the mechanic shop of my choice for peace of mind. Professional experience start to finish. Car was as advertised, buy with confidence!!!

Stopped by for a visit to check out a 370z I was eyeing online but got much more than I bargained for. I was met by Stephen and Nick who provided a greater than first class experience. These guys KNOW their cars. Came in to find one of the cleanest Z selections I'd ever seen in my life among many other impressive sport/exotic/high luxury cars. Stephen and Nick were courteous, and helpful all while being totally no pressure, which is NOT the norm you come to expect while car shopping. 11/10 experience and I love my new Z. Well deserved customer for life!

I bought a mustang gt from them that had an exhaust leak. They knew there was a leak and still sold it to me for a premium. After i noticed a weird sound after a couple weeks, i figured out there was a leak. I call them to ask about it and the owner could not have been more disrespectful and rude. After an extremely long conversation, he finally agrees to fix the leak. They keep my car for over a week and claim they fix it. A week after driving the car i hear the same exact sound. I now dont trust the dealer and take it to a trustworthy shop ive used for years. They look under the car and find that top to bottom the exhaust had been jb welded together(if you dont know what jb weld is, its glue). Possibly the worst customer service ive ever had and wouldnt recommend this dealer to anyone.

This dealership is untrustworthy to a new low l never imagined possible: I bought a 2011 370Z Nismo and had it shipped from TX to CA and below is the list of issues from minor to major problems. Of all the concerns, stress, bad decisions and fears anyone has about buying a used cars this dealership unfortunately they made them all a harsh reality and learning experience - everything below are the issues I encountered with in the first 6 months Starting from Minor to Major issues with the car. 1 A full on milky way galaxy of rock chips on bumper, hood and side fenders 2. Been Keyed all over and Massive sun damage to paint 3. Front head lights and tail lights cracked & bubbles in the tint all sides 4. Busted speakers on driver side 5. NO FLOOR MATS! 6. Wouldn't even offer to pay for rims being powder coated which was only $300 7 Shift Knob literally broke into pieces the second I got in and made my first shift in gear 8.Interior was horrendous, looks like someone dumped a pile of dirt inside and never even wiped it down 9.Broken Key fob, end up not locking car for a full year! 10. No wheel fender liners 11. Couldn't pass smog without extensive and expensive repairs 12. Warped rotors so it shook like crazy when breaking 13. Worn out brake pads and rotors 14. They put on Stretched tires so I couldn't rotate them 15. On 1 of tires they put 3 different size lug nuts! So I got a flat and stranded on side of the road, I couldn't put on my spare because I need a different lug remover for each size lug 16. No lamp covers for the lights on the rear license plate, so light bulbs were just dangling and hitting the body 17. The screws that hold the bracket button to the trunk are missing so it's not attached to the body and moves around 18. I got a Nismo and it DID NOT come with a Nismo front bumper, floor mats or exhaust ! Be careful think they took the parts and put on another 370Z 19- busted head gasket and leaking coolant 20Lower Control arms both driver and passenger side needed to be replaced 21 The clutch and Transmission needed to be changed immediately - clutch failed after 3 months 22 Check engine light came on after 3 days of driving it and it's still on, no one can figure out y, not even Nissan! I mean holy crap every I can see and touch was messed up, I would've seen all this had I inspected in person but I'm in CA they're in TX If they would've done a bare minimum of just the cosmetic problems I would not have written this review, my standards was very low but the level of issues far worse than my lowest imaginable bare minimal expectations and I can't believe this place can be allowed to sell anything, to top it off the owner bragged about his new McLaren which most of the issues could've been addressed for less than an OIL CHANGE for his car. His car cost $5K to change his oil I REPEAT THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION OR "ALTERNATIVE FACTS « I WOULD GLADLY TAKE A LIE DETECTOR
