The cars available at the Tasca Woonsocket Chev dealership are fantastic. Shelby's, Cameros, Corvettes etc etc. I purchased an 8 yr old Vette, with less than 15,000 mls. Car was spotless. Price was within reason, compared to other dealers my wife and I had visited. The sales and management teams were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. There was no pressure whatsoever. I highly recommend considering them, particularly if you like style, power, and class.

i was buying remote so it is always more difficult… i thought they would give up on me … they did not …. every person i talked to on the phone (and there were many and often) was patient kind and helpful … i regret not being able to meet them in person to say thank you … they earn their 5 star rating …

Gabriella is completely incompetent!!! Be aware of this dealership. I took my vehicle there for a recall and ask them to replace my windshield wipers. When I picked up my vehicle, I was being charged for other things that they said I approved for via text they sent me. I was utterly confused. The service manager ( I was so upset I don’t remember his name) said that I approved these charges by text. I tried to explain to him that when I dropped the vehicle off I was told by the girl in the service department that she was going to call me when my vehicle was ready. I was NEVER advised that I was going to receive a text for other things that they wanted to do to my car. My vehicle is a 2022 Chevy Camaro two SS convertible that is not driven in the winter and they put some kind of air filter for my AC unit that obviously was not needed. But they said I signed for it via text. I wanted to speak with this person‘s manager And he was not in and I did not want to make a payment until he was in tomorrow morning. When I tried to leave the manager told me he was going to call the police and I was going to be arrested for grand theft auto. I was forced to make the payment. They were obviously trying to inflate my bill! I will never go to the dealership again and I want people to be advised that this is what they’re doing now! Watch your text messages from the dealership if you bring your vehicle there! Watch your text messages from them very very carefully. You’ll end up being charged for things that you were confused on. And you will pay for it. They don’t care !

Not recommending this dealership. I purchased a 2022 truck from them and only found out after paying and showing up to pick it up that it only came with one key. The salesman, David, acknowledged this and promised he’d try to get me a second key. He never followed up. When I reached out, he ignored me. I brought the truck back in 4 weeks later due to an oil leak and asked the sales manager if they could help with the second key. He was unwilling to do anything. At the end of the day, a key is a small expense compared to the value of a happy, loyal customer. Instead, I left feeling misled and unimportant—and I’ll now make sure others know not to trust their word either. If they want to improve, they can start by standing behind what they say and actually taking care of their customers.

Tim Guillette was fantastic to deal with.
Tim Guillette was fantastic to deal with. I never felt pressured in anyway and that’s a good thing because that does not work with me. I will simply just walk right out the door. Tim answered every question that I had. He is very knowledgeable, polite, and courteous. He knew more about a Ford product at a Chevrolet dealership than most Ford salesman know. He is the nicest car salesman I have ever dealt with. If you find yourself at Tasca Chevrolet, make sure you ask for Tim Guillette. He will make your buying experience and absolute pleasure. My car was having issues starting.
My car was having issues starting. It would start however it didn’t sound right when it was starting. I was given a quote for a new battery for over $300.00. My car has less than 30,000 miles and under 3 years old. I was then told that I had to pay out of pocket because my car was not giving any codes my factory warranty would not cover the replacement battery. Yet despite no codes I was informed by the service department that my battery is about to fail. They told me when my battery finally dies they will replace it if it’s within the factory warranty requirements. This is unacceptable. Being told that I need a new battery and it’s about fail with a quote for a new one only to be told that they won’t replace it until it completely dies and I am left stuck somewhere. When you pay over $40,000 for a new car and there something wrong with a battery and told it’s about to die the dealership should have replaced it for me. I don’t think I will purchase another car or recommend Tasca to anyone. Below is the quote the dealership sent me. I also wasn’t thrilled about them trying to up sell me on changing the Break Fluid with less than 30,000 miles??? Along with the injection system cleaning. However I understand this is the manufacturer recommendations. It’s sad never in my life have I ever heard of changing break fluid especially with less than 30,000 miles 🤷🏻♂️ Lastly then even tried to get me to buy a new cabin filter which I did 5 months before bringing the car to get serviced. I actually purchased a K&N air cabin filter. So the fact that they wanted to sell me one tells me either they didn’t check the old one or they just want more money. Edited on 12/12/2024 Last week the general manager reached out after hearing that I was displeased with the service/ battery issue. Again I must say he was very professional on the phone and recommended that I bring the car back to get further tested and recharge. I plan on taking it back and hopefully they will replace the battery for me even if it doesn’t throw a code. You can hear just how weak the battery is upon starting the car. It’s a hour drive to get to the dealership. I hope they don’t waste my time and effort with this next visit This review is to be continued after my next visit to the dealership. On 02/13/2025 I had to go to Tasca because the car was still having a hard time starting. However still was not throwing any codes. Gabby at service was extremely professional and helpful. She was finally able to get me a new battery. So I am amending my review to 4 stars. I would have given them 5 stars if they had just replaced it on the first time it was brought back. Other than that everyone at Tasca has been extremely professional and helpful. Thank you Tasca for fixing my battery issue.
