I went shopping online for a used front wig. I ran across a 2008 Nissan Titan. Looking for was able to go test drive it after that had to work the whole weekend was not able to get a card paperwork. But I was worried about the truck still be in there. So they had a great sales associate name is Jelly Belly took it upon herself to get the paperwork handle over the phone and out of the goodness of her heart actually be delivered to be able to eat on a Saturday knowing that I had to work Saturday and Sunday. The service is so good that I asked about a second vehicle, which is a 2010 GMC Acadia with a very very bad. Nothing good to say about that handle all the paperwork mainly through between the phone and fax in mail.

Found the car I was looking for and was in and out quickly. Great options to choose from and staff was friendly and willing to work with me.

I went in looking for car for my Daughter. I had previously looked at their website and was interested in a vehicle they had. I got their and talked to Rey, and explained to him what I was doing and that I would be bringing my Daughter in later that day to look at it. He said ok , but didn't ask for any contact info. We came back in 5 hours later and he stated the car was already sold but nobody had informed him. Rey said he another one but it was 500 more. We looked at it and decided to work a deal on it. We went in and told them we would like to talk about an offer and he informed me that the price listed was what the car would be sold for and it came from the "higher-ups". I informed them that we would go somewhere else to buy. I was in the car business for almost 25 years and this is not how you handle a customer. Will not ever go back and as a matter of fact I will tell everyone I know about it and not to go there for a vehicle purchase.
