Test drive straight to a real mechanic. Don't bother talking to the salesman except to haggle down the price cuz they lie straight to your face. Cars kill more ppl than guns but these guys only care about that sale. These cars are not checked for safety, just good detailing.

Would not recommend. The car I bought broke before I received the tag and title. Called and spoke to a woman about the situation and she acted concerned and said she’d call be back but never did. I had to go in personally and get my title from them and they charged me $80. In my opinion stay far away very shady!

I always dread walking into a dealership. This place was a breath of fresh air. Nobody was too pushy on anything and everyone we worked with was genuinely nice and down to earth. I feel it is a very honest company and I'm referring them to everyone.

The staff overall is very pleasant, however the manager Carrie Kennedy is very rude. In my opinion the person in charge should be the most professional person working at a business. I had issues that I ran into because of financial hardships and she was extremely nasty towards me on more than 1 occasion. I had even witnessed her being rude to a couple of her employees before which is extremely unprofessional, especially in front of customers.

Best experience i've ever had at a car dealership. Julio made sure i was happy and got the car i was looking for with affordable prices. They work with you to make sure you leave with a smile on your face. I honestly couldn't be happier with any other dealership. Highly recommended.

first off i would like to say superb job for my sell associate julio rivera!!! i never been so excited to buy a car from a dealer like automax. the service is so great that they made me feel like family instead of a customer. i would be referring you guys at automax to every one i know. thank you guys. i love my new car. it rides like a champ.
