We have spent several months looking for a new truck. In the past, we have been to dealerships where the salespeople do anything to make the sale. It is always high pressure, and we have often left leaving feeling rushed through and pressured to buy something that we weren't happy with. We worked with Bill at Awesome Ford. He was very knowledgable about the truck that we were looking at. He helped us to find the best deal possible, and then took the time to show us how to use all the options that we weren't familiar with. The environment was very low stress, and we left feeling like the Staff at Awesome Ford cared about us and our experience there. We were provided good customer service at all levels, and would definitely return for future purchases as well as recommend Awesome Ford to friends.

I started my search on line and then drove down to the dealership on a weekend. I dewalt with Joe, Brad, and Had started with Rod via the net. Brad went hunting through all their lots, Joe worked on pricing and terms.They went digging for a vehicle that matched my need and budget (which was quite modest). I am pleased with car, the price, and the payment terms. I am very pleased with the staff. It is worth the drive !

Really appreciated the service I received. The dealer not only remembered me (thanks, Kentucky Ed) but informed us that we were using a more expensive grade of oil than necessary-saving us about $20 each oil change...PLUS by bringing our car to Awesome Ford we received a free car wash!
