This dealership has the BEST Service Dept. and Customer Service that we’ve ever experienced! Not only are they attentive to your needs but they are not... pushy nor overbearing! Jeff Zaruta, in Service, is OUTSTANDING! He has always gone above and beyond while caring for my Wife’s Clubman S. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and their work is impeccable! My wife has always wanted a Mini and not only are we happy with our decision to buy one (and found that it was originally sold and serviced by Tom Bush Mini), we’re happy to be able to continue doing business with them when the Mini needs service or repair! I went to this MINI for 5 years.... with my 2012 MINI Cooper S and with my 2017 MINI Cooper 4 door, that I only got b/c my first car was brought in 3x... for the same issue (within a year & a half) and they didn't fix it correctly...... Wayne weird, condescending and rude. I came in b/c my tire pressure lights were on in my new MINI after running over a screw (and patching it myself). They had my car from a Tues - Fri when nothing was wrong with it, they just readjusted the tire sensor. No one called and told me what was going on with my car at all. Wayne offered me the wheels & tires off his wife's car?!?!?!?!! I have NO idea why. Then, b/c no one called me and told me what was going on, Wayne then emailed me and threatened to charge me for the days I had the loaner.... then (although I'd never so much as raised my voice to anyone there in 5 years... even after having to bring my old MINI in several times for the same issue) told me I needed to "act professional" when I came to get my car. He also told me I was not allowed to bring my car there any longer for maintenance - or anything really. I would absolutely not recommend this place. I would discourage anyone from working with Wayne. I have vm transcripts and the emails he sent me saying all this as well - I'll show them to any & everyone, just ask. When I can, I'll get rid of this current MINI and will never own one, nor recommend them ever again.
Looking for a Mini Cooper for my wife. Set up an appointment to see the vehicle and got to the dealership earlier. While I was outside, Mark, one of the... salesman, came outside to help me. Informed him that I had an appointment. He helped me with the documents needed to be able to drive the car. Cody, the salesman who was going to help me, was able to assist me an hour earlier than what we discussed. They helped me with the whole process and I was able to purchase my first Mini Cooper. It was a great customer service experience and I recommend this place to everybody.
The Sales Team is amazing. Our Sales Advisor, Mark Davis is very knowledgeable of the MINI Brand and explained key things that I wouldn't have known about.... Absolutely will be back to purchase a MINI Cooper S.
