Great service department! They were very quick to get things done in a timely manner. I highly recommend using the service department at Fermin Mini.

Went to change a window seal it took 15 minutes to check and order parts and they gave me an appointment for 3 days later. I brought it in and less than an hour it took for the repair very happy with the service

I flew from Charlotte to purchase this vehicle and still had to wait over 30 minutes for finance...very frustrating! I have reached out to the salesperson several times with no response. very disappointing!

The service was top notch. Dallas did an excellent job of assisting us with the JCW Mini we were looking at. The process easily explained and the contract walked through at our pace. We will be returning in the future. The service plans also are super helpful and well worth the extra cost. I love my Mini.

Although the final bill was much higher than I expected, Matt explained the reasons and made me feel comfortable with my decision to have the work done.

Service was great. I dropped my car off they had the loaner ready and I was out the door. They kept me informed of the progress and when it was ready I turned in the loaner and it was ready to go.

the buying experience could not have been better or more efficient. Sara was always prompt with information, her replies and updates on the vehicle. i was able to request options for lease vs buy and Sara provided all info as needed so i could make an informed decision. We were done from start to finish - with a newly arriving limited edition - in 10 days. and all our interactions were conducted remotely until we drove over from Orlando to pickup the new Mini Cooper. awesome job !
