Our is experience with the service department was limited to them prepping a new purchase. Our experience was with the sales department. Sara is outstanding. The true value of a sales person is their knowledge of the product they are selling. Her knowledge of all Mini’s is unparalleled. Furthermore, she is patient and thoughtful. Because of this we waited for Sara to return from her Honeymoon to buy our second Mini through her.

Everyone we spoke to at Ferman Mini were very helpful and professional and made our "out of state" car buying experience easy and fun.
