Our service experience was very good with Oscar leading

Our service experience was very good with Oscar leading the way. He is always so thoughtful and caring. We were provided with an amazing loaner car because a part had to be ordered. Everyone at Dallas Mini are just so nice! Highly recommend!

I called after seeing an online picture of a 2019 Cooper

I called after seeing an online picture of a 2019 Cooper S 2 door. I spoke with salesman Jaylin Lovelace and asked him to send me detailed pictures of the car since I lived in Florida and couldn’t just drive over there to see it. He did an outstanding job with the pictures and answered all of my questions. He was very professional and helpful. I ended up flying to Dallas and buying the car. The whole experience was great.

I've been ignored by Chloe Ybarra from this place when they originally contacted me about selling my 2022 Hummer EV back on May 5th! Quote "I’m excited to make you an offer you can’t refuse! I’m ready to MATCH or BEAT any VALID written offers you’ve received, and I’ll pay you on the spot with either a check or Zelle—within the hour! No hassle, no waiting." But when I respond to this below that I never recieved an offer she AGAIN never responds. Guess they don't want my business when I am a RETURNING CUSTOMER! Incredibly impressed by the professionalism and genuine

Incredibly impressed by the professionalism and genuine interest my service advisor, Oscar, took in the well being of my wife's 2020 MINI. Coming from California, I had a great relationship with my service advisor so I was a little apprehensive coming to a new dealership but he was great to work with! Looking forward to working with MINI or Dallas for a while to come!

In my opinion certain person on the sales staff is an issue with a take and leave attitude I definitely wouldn't purchase a burger from him. Humility and Humbleness can get you more especially when you have a motivated Buyer.

Overall we had a good experience.

Overall we had a good experience. Easy to schedule appointment. No pressure Test drive at length. No last minute Additional fees added. Unfortunately they had just received the car and it was snowing the days before therefore they were not able to pick up on some things like Cracked screen. They did offer discount in price but we felt it was not enough therefore deal did not go through. Kim kate was really helpful and friendly.

Fair pricing with great customer support.

Fair pricing with great customer support. Kevin Choi was our sales representative and spent 2+ hours with us only deciding color selection. Will recommend this as the MINI dealer to go to in DFW.
