Bought a car from this dealer while based in GA. They were good in the preliminary process if not a little slow. When we finally received the vehicle it had multiple issues; - wasn't cleaned and in DIRE need of a detail - damaged inside - Smelled - Smoked in - mismatch tires - had ants inside - no temporary tag And then the dealership did EVERYTHING to avoid us as we were out of state. It seems we were duped and played. It's been a horrible experience. Don't YOU be duped. AVOID BENJI AUTO SALES AT ALL COSTS

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with Benji Auto Sales. I purchased a 2013 GMC Terrain from them, which only lasted six months before requiring extensive repairs. Despite numerous attempts to address the issues, the vehicle continued to malfunction, resulting in significant financial burdens and emotional distress. I have documented all correspondence and interactions with the dealership, as well as the lender, Consumer Portfolio Services, who have been supportive throughout this ordeal. The vehicle's persistent problems, including overheating, have led to multiple mechanic visits, including a GMC dealership in Fort Myers, Florida, which ultimately recommended a new engine at a cost of approximately $4,000. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter and holding Benji Auto Sales accountable for their actions. I plan to contact the relevant authorities, including the Department of Motor Vehicles, the Department of Transportation, and the Better Business Bureau, even if I have to bring this all the way to The State of Florida to report my experience everywhere and prevent others from facing similar issues. I would appreciate guidance on the best course of action to take. I’m still in disbelief when I call the salesman I dealt with told me this is normal business from Benji Auto and that was a big part of why he left “I wish she had a conscience before I purchased my car.” Also, I would love to see my signature, allowing them to pull my credit five times, I would never allow that. So how can Benji Auto Fix this problem?

Showed up on a Saturday to look at a model Y that was listed as in stock. After aimlessly following the sales guy around the lot for 45 minutes, we were told that the car was being shipped from NC. I left a $1000 deposit on THAT car and was told that it would be there Monday or Tuesday the next week. I got a call on the following Monday from the salesman saying that they have a cash offer on the car in Orland and i need to make a deal on the phone now or lose the car. I refused since i had not seen the car yet and was initially open to finding another car with them. The next day, i decided i wouldn't do business with such a dishonest company and started making calls to get the deposit back. I must have called dozens of times and got transferred to full mailboxes or just hung up on. Nobody to help me, salesman was also unresponsive. I went into the dealership the following Saturday to talk to someone and was not treated very well by the man in the office (for some reason you need a person to go talk to for you). I was told they'd "get to it on Monday, and it would take 3-5 business days to hit my account". I gave them benefit of the doubt and waited 6 days. Today i disputed the charge with my credit card company. Prices here a low but their business ethic is horrible. Expect to be ignored if anything goes sideways. I looked after the fact and there are plenty of reviews calling out this type of behavior. 2.6 stars on CarFax, 1.8 stars on yelp, 1.7 stars on cars.com . This is what you get.

Henry was the sales person that assisted me on purchasing
Henry was the sales person that assisted me on purchasing my vehicle. From the time of walking into the parking lot he was very welcoming and business oriented, if I didn’t know what vehicle to choose I was confident I would leave with a vehicle! If anyone is full of energy, helpful and attentive to whatever vehicle you’re looking for Henry is definitely the sales person for you! The sale was made and I’m well pleased with my vehicle! Thank you Henry and all the staff that worked together to make this experience a non stressful experience!

They deserve every one of these bad reviews. My story is easy, they tried to smell me a car with 4 accidents. No one would insure me for under $700 per month. They also switched the co-signer with me, the buyer as the primary and said I paid $5000 down in order to get Westlake Financial to take the deal. Westlake is now investigating this as fraud since they took Westlakes money and I don't have the car AND they didn't pay off my old car. Avoid this place like the plague.

They sold me a salvage car and provided a car fax that did not show the issues. It took them 30 days to deliver and it doesn't run. They said I did something wrong. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. PLEASE IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY. DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY ARE LIARS. The worst part is they string you along pretending they will help but they won't. They are really untrustworthy.

ATTENTION PEOPLE!
ATTENTION PEOPLE!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE, ESPECIALLY FROM OUT OF STATE! Alfredo is a liar and not a good person. I received my 2019 Dodge charger on Tuesday January 7th. When the delivery driver started the car up to back it off the trailer it immediately snapped the serpentine belt. We look under the hood and everything is frozen. I had to leave it where we met at, at the local Ford dealership. I had the Ford dealership look at it and they informed me that they put the wrong antifreeze in it. So the antifreeze or water mixture whatever it was in the reservoir was frozen solid. Water pump locked up, all the lines were frozen, everything under the hood was frozen, and when they tried to take it out of the garage they said they couldn't get it to go in reverse. I called Alfredo about it, all he said was he would have to tell his manager about it and that they would be giving me a call that day. No one ever called me. I have been trying to call Alfredo and it seems as if he is blocked my phone number because it goes straight to voicemail. When I call from my husband's phone it rings and he picked up once then when I told him who it was he pretended like he couldn't hear me and hung up on me and now won't answer for my husband's number either. I have called the dealership and spoke with the receptionist and he told me that he would pass this information on to the manager and they would be giving me a call. That was yesterday afternoon and I haven't heard anything from them yet. I got a loan on a car I can't even drive, haven't drove it once, because of their mistakes. If they do so many out of state sales like it says they do then they should know that it's cold in places other than Florida, and it went through their "safety check" according to Alfredo, so that should have never happened. I agreed to purchasing a car that worked a car that essentially had no issues according to Alfredo. So if you want to buy something that most likely won't run and is complete trash go ahead and buy a car from these guys. But my recommendation is to run the other direction do not give them a penny. And I will be contacting the attorney general, better Business bureau, and filing a lawsuit against them if I don't hear from them tomorrow. I can't believe there's businesses out there doing these things to people and treating their customers like this. I am completely devastated.

I'm getting a lawyer.
I'm getting a lawyer. I purchased a car over the phone for $4000, that I never received. The car was supposed to be shipped, but never got it. Constant calling; but being put on hold , no one can give me any information about my $4000 refund. This is unlawful and not business like.
