I was in the market for a mid-size SUV and looked at Lexus, Nissan and several others. Then I arrived at the Kia dealership and talked with Matt Howerton. No pressure, friendly, and knowledgeable about the various trim levels for the 2016 Sorento. We looked at most of them on the lot and I drove several. Truly a comfortable, non confrontational experience and everyone in the dealership was very helpful and friendly (Sarah was very helpful also). Worked out the lease the next day and when I met with Gary it took about 10 minutes to complete the paperwork. I picked the car up the next day, spotless and with a full tank of gas, and had a great review of the car before heading on my way. Kia has a great product now, and when was the last time you had fun buying a car at a dealership! Do yourself a favor and give Matt a call.

Cannot say enough good things about Robbi and the rest of the sales team. I first met Robbi when she was a service writer, and we have maintained contact since she joined the sales team. The last time I brought my Optima in for service, I spoke with her about purchasing a used pickup. Very soon she called and we looked at what was available, but none fit my criteria. I changed my price point to reflect reality, and asked her to keep a lookout for what I wanted. She did, and about a week later I became the happy owner of a used truck! The actual sale was painless and Robbi was delightful to deal with, as was the finance guy.

From the minute we stepped foot on the lot we were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Excellent customer service experience. We now have a fabulous new car that we love and we got a great trade-in value and really good financing.. We highly recommend Ted Russell Kia and Robbi Christmas.

Robbie Christmas was awesome! The whole Ted Russell team where very professional but not to the point where they were not friendly... It felt like being at a friends house everyone was so friendly... Robbie worked deligently to get the process going and Dave Sutton and Russ finished it up very professionally. I had to be at work at 4 pm and they expedited the process to accommodate my needs. I had bad experiences in the past with dealerships but this was far from that... Will recommend to all whom are looking to purchase a vehicle.

The saleswoman and staff we very helpful in the hunt for my wife a good dependable car. They listen to what we wanted price wise and the options we ask for and did not try to sell us something we would just settle for.
