Charleston Nissan (Hudson Nissan Charleston)

I couldn't be more pleased with Hudson Nissan of Charleston. Having just purchased my third Nissan, I feel eminently qualified to pass along my observations of over the last 8 years. I have had the great pleasure to observe all or most of the departments and have been thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of all personnel. My recent sales professional was Joseph Autry and I couldn't have been more pleased with his overall performance. Not the typical high pressure salesman, Joseph was very polite and professional and instantly made me feel at ease. Extremely knowledgeable, his expertise was very evident as he thoroughly explained all the new technology features of the 2021 Rogue. A great experience from all aspects. I hope that Joseph will be available for my next purchase.

Tim Ivey was the best salesman ever. He helped me even though we were out of town. He returned my call although it was his day off. Then even drove the car 3 hours to deliver it himself. I have never bought a car so easily! They were all terrific.

Came in for oil change and left with new car.

Came in for oil change and Joseph Autry came out to talk with me since I was browsing new cars. He asked if I was interested and I told him I had several requirements. He walked inside, came back out and said okay. So I can in and spoke with David R. In finance and left with a new Rogue Sport. They have been great and taken great care of me from start to finish.

Worst car buying experience Hudson Nissan

Hudson Nissan provided the worst car buying experience I have ever had. They do not honor the pricing that they post online (different prices on different third party sites for the same car). They say in their online adds that their $629 dealer fee is included in the listed pricing but once at the dealership, they tried to add that on to the listed price from online. They also try and add a dealer added option (Safety Package) to the price for an additional $1,300 and that is not mentioned until they show you the final numbers. They try and use this as a way to negotiate the price without ever reducing the listed price. I could go on but it is way too painful. All I can say is stay away from this dealership at all costs. If this is how they treat a prospective customer I can not imagine how they treat you once you become a customer. David Hudson, I am sure you are aware of these practices but if not hope this helps you save future potential clients.
