Clean facilities, more comfort than is reasonable.

I use Faulkner for all my service needs unless they are booked solid and I need something right away. I've always been happy with their service, and can only say that the waiting room accommodations are more than should be expected.

Faulkner Subaru

I went to Express Service for an oil /filter change and was told my 6000 mile service could be performed at Express, which I didn't know. 45 minutes later I walked out the door with a serviced car.

Great Services

Took My Subrua outback for a recall and services man show they could aslo inspected the car.Thanks this save me a 30mile trip in the future

Great service

The entire team made me feel important thru out the process, checking which car would fit my physical abilities, my life style, my financial limits and the final important phase the purchase of the car. Everyone at Faulkner's is very knowledgable in their position. I never had this excellent service when purchasing my previous cars. I am glad I chose Faulkner's and will recommend to all my friends.

Great Dealership

Everyone was very personable/friendly. Treated with respect. Very clean dealership. Worked with me to get the vehicle I was interested in. They worked with the financial institutions to get the best financing possible. With all of the new technology, they are more than willing to answer any questions at any time. I have not had repairs yet, but from what I have seen, technicians take care &work on them as if it was their own vehicle. They are so proactive, they schedule maintenance appointments right away. I haven't had the car for a week, and they send followup emails, to make sure that you aren't having any issues.

Another Great Faulkner Subaru Buying Experience

I had a great experience buying my new Forester from Faulkner Subaru. My salesman Erik, the sales manager Chris, and the finance manager Alan all did an outstanding job helping my pick the verhicle and work out the purchase and trade-in arrangements. Tom explained my new Forester to me very thoroughly and introduced me to the Service Department. I will be a Faulkner Subaru customer for future purchases.

Great Service!

I took my car for an oil change. mention to them that something was not right with the brakes. They checked the car and found the problem. Before doing anything Mr. Jeff Phillips showed me where the problem was and the mechanic explained what needed to be done in order to correct it. They were very helpful. Again, this facility is excellent, they all do their best to help and the result is always good. Thank you all!
