This is a review for Dallas(Sales) and Paul( Finance) I live in CA and imagine the trust and confidence staff has to show you when buying a 100,000+ truck purely on the phone and text message. I have bought a land sold many many vehicles and recognize professionalism, transparency, honesty and no car industry drama from a mile away! This Duo is nothing but just the absolute epitome of 10 out of 5 stars! They had so much patience and extremely thorough. CA has no shortage of dealers, but I can’t stand most of them because of their slimy tactics and games. Dallas is just a very down to earth solid human being and just made the whole process smoother than silk. His attitude is very old school good and extremely rare in this corrupted industry. Paul in finance was an absolute delight and did not do a single thing that other finance guys do. I wish the both of them nothing but the best and don’t even hesitate for one second choosing this combo…you won’t regret it!

Just had a very pleasant experience with Jones Ford and salesman Joey. No sales pitches, no hassle trade valuation, timely delivery, just a nice visit about the vehicle I had in mind. Went for a drive in Joe’s personal vehicle, he shared his personal thoughts about the vehicle and that was it! Dealership had to locate what I wanted and over a weekend they had it on the lot. I’ve bought a lot of cars over the years and this was the best experience I’ve ever had … recommend them without hesitation.
