Bad battery
Brought in a dead battery that was installed here 4 months ago. I wanted a simple exchange but was told I needed to bring the car in to be checked. You tested the battery and confirmed it was dead and would not take a charge. After much discussion about having the car towed in (you don't tow Corvettes) I was loaned a new battery and agreed to having the car checked. I arrived later that morning. Although I called and texted for two days no information was provided. On the third day I received a text that the car was ready. Nothing was found to be wrong. To make a bad experience worse it took 45 minutes to retrieve my car??? All this and $181 to exchange a bad battery that I initially paid $172 for, guess you didn't lose any money on this one!
