I went to Rick Hendrick in Naples and decided to trade my Cruz. I worked with Jared in service who introduced me to Jim Pucci from sales. We test dove and look at several vehicles and I decided on the Chevrolet Trax once I saw how nice the 2025 looked. I was treated professionally by Jim Pucci and he worked to get me to the number I wanted to suggest if you go to Rick Hendrick in Naples ask for Jim. I found the experience straight forward and I will return for the oil changes and continue to consider to refer to Hendrick as my dealer.

I am searching for a pre owned vehicle for a daughter that will be driving in Oct. Although I am at preliminary shopping I was given full attention and all my questions were answered.
