Terry Fallon, as always, made this service experience top-notch, and as a result, I will always return to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet for future service needs.

Dropped the car off late Monday evening. Was told on Tuesday that the necessary part would be ordered and arrive on Wednesday. Did not hear back from anyone until I called on my own Wednesday and Thursday. Finally found out late Thursday that a mistake was made when ordering the part. Car was ready on Friday, two days later than expected, with no communication from anyone at the dealership.

I had an appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation. When I pulled up, I was met promptly and directed to Lee the service agent. The wait was a little long for just an oil change but it was busy and I was given the option of shuttle service. When the work was complete, Lee went over all the 21 point check with me and answered all my questions.

Karen Stevenson and Matt Fisher were my contacts when I needed service on my 2019 Traverse. These two are absolutely an asset to this dealership. I have an issue with the transmission after 7000 miles and they were very professional with the whole process of scheduling and diagnosing the issue. Hopefully the repair will solve the problem. Not too long of a wait. Showed me what my filter looked like to help me to decide to replace. Ryan was very nice and knowledgeable.

Very courteous. Disappointed that it took a little long, but understand that it is a busy season. Wish you would keep more parts in stock, but same thing in Pennsylvania. Lee was very kind and courteous.....good man. My valet, very polite and excellent driver.
