I had a very frustrating experience with Beyond Motors.

I had a very frustrating experience with Beyond Motors. I bought a 5-year old car from them which I then found out had an after-market engine, not the original engine. (My mechanic called it a junkyard engine.) Fortunately I was able to return the car within the return policy timeframe. However, to make things even worse, they did not remove my temporary license plate when I returned the car to them. So when the car got a ticket over a week after I returned the car to them, the city of Manassas automatically sent the ticket to me to pay, even though Beyond Motors owned the car at that point and was responsible for the ticket. I spoke with 2 people at Beyond Motors (Levi and KD) and asked for the dealership to pay for the ticket, but neither person followed up with me to resolve the issue.

We drove 1h 20m (each way) to buy a car from them, based

We drove 1h 20m (each way) to buy a car from them, based on their advertised price and straightforward talk over the phone. The drive was well worth it. KD was great to work with and all of the staff were professional and friendly. The next time I need a car, this is the first place I'm going to shop - and if they have what I want, I won't even bother shopping anywhere else.

I was told that there is engine warranty for 1 year, due

I was told that there is engine warranty for 1 year, due to that reason I bought car from them but when I had check engine light on, they said there is no warranty, so please be very cautious before buying car from them.

Superb dealership

I was in search of a Toyota Sienna and they went above and beyond to find just the right one for me. They made the process to buy it extremely easy and the sales was top notch.

KD is the best!

Great prices. I worked with KD. He is by far the best car salesman I have worked with. I have contact him several times since the sale, and he is always cordial and resolves the issue. Most salesmen do not want to do anything after the sale. KD is easy to reach, and he resolves any issues. I will definitely buy future vehicles from KD.

Buyer Beware!!

In June, they sold me a car without a muffler and then the place they took it to who was supposed to fix the problem did not fix it correctly. I have been trying for three months now to have the issue settled, but to no avail. They have lost me as a future customer and additional customers I would have referred to them. The customer service started off very nice but declined since they have not adequately remedied the problem.

Buyer be careful of purchase

Was told by Meino that the vehicle had been serviced that it didn't need anything. When I received it the air-conditioning did not work the step bar had shims in it because it was loose and made noise as you went down the road, I have had to replace the breaks front and rear. I asked for them to help with the airconditioning they did not.

Fair, professional, fast and painless

I was sold my vehicle. I was offered a fair price. They were very professional, and the entire process of selling my vehicle was as fast and painless as it can possibly be. Fair, professional, fast and painless are words you don't often hear people saying when describing dealerships. I don't think I can recommend Beyond Motors enough.

Best Selling Experience

Justin made me a great offer and after I took my car to the shop, the offer stayed the same. Paris was amazing!! he is very helpful, professional, fast with great communication skills. They even let me hold on to my car for the weekend which was a GREAT help at that time. I HIGHLY recommend "Beyond Motors"!!

Best Car Buying Experience!! Sheriff is the Real!!

Sheriff was amazing!! I was able to trade in two of my vehicles for a new car. My Dream car!! He kept his word and was honest from start to finish. He was patient, understanding, trustworthy and professional. Truly the best car buying experience I've ever been apart of and I have dealt with many different salesman. Sheriff said he would get the deal done and he delivered!! I highly recommend Beyond Motors!!
