do not trust these ppl they will lie and lie and lie. worst place i have ever dealt with when buying a car. bought a new car only got 1 key, they wanted... ot make it right they sent me the wrong key to be programmed and want me to pay for it, you buy a new car you get two keys, not from this place

5 stars for KeKe!!! After driving my new Rogue off the lot, I discovered a small dent when the late afternoon sun hit it. I called my salesman and shared... my concern. He never got back to me. Several more tries to have my concern addressed were ignored. I went to the showroom and KeKe immediately went to work to address the issue. I was to take my Rogue back when the "dent man" was on site. On the appointed date, he was running 2.5 hours late. KeKe started to arrange for a loaner car but I needed to get my groceries home. She offered to come get my car when the repairman arrived. By the end of the day, KeKe returned my Rogue with the dent repaired (plus dog scratches made the day I brought it home buffed out). KeKe is a wonderful customer advocate. University Nissan of Florence is lucky to have her working for them; her assistance is why I would recommend the dealership.
