good experience

Every one was friendly they were very patient with us trying to find the right car but make sure you do your own research on the vehicle features the staff couldn't even answer basic questions but the deals are great and they dont add a million other fees to the price just the dealer fee $899. I will be back in the future for my sons car

Lowest out the door always

Excellent experience straight forward price with no games I have shopped for weeks they’re out the door price and monthly payment was always the lowest. Picked a Sentra I am happy with my purchase

Do your research!

I found out about Evo Motors thru my husband. I went on line and looked at their inventory. They have a good size inventory on different models of cars on trucks. That said, I decided to contact them via text and email. My questions were answered to my satisfaction so I decided to fill out their finance application. My credit is rating fair, however with my income alone I knew I wouldn’t be approved. I had my mother who not only had a credit rating of over 800 had also just finished paying her 2017 Honda Accord EXL off last month! We were denied. Had it been another dealership my mother alone would’ve been approved. I even had $2,000.00 for down payment. Well, to make make an already long review short. The same day I contacted a reputable long standing Honda dealership and was approved within minutes for $20,000.00! Went to the dealership to sign the paperwork and drive home in my new Rouge. I was trying to get a Chevy Trax at Evo Motors for less than what my Rouge cost. Best part about my purchase is that in one year I can trade my Rouge in if I choose to.

Hello, We are terribly sorry that we weren't able to secure an approval for you but when it comes to credit history and loan applications the decisions are purely up to our lenders. There can be a few complex reasons to explain why one bank will approve a loan and another will not. Also some dealerships have inhouse financing so they are able to make the decisions themselves which we at Evo Motors do not. We hope that you understand we always do our best to get customers approved for the vehicle they want but sometimes we are unsuccessful.

Know What You Are Getting Into!

Word of warning, this is not a "dealership." This is more like a few people got together, decided they wanted to buy cars at auction, park them on a lot, do nothing to them, then try to sell them a KBB dealer value. The place is super unorganized. The staff knows nothing about the cars they have on the lot. When I say nothing, I truly mean nothing. The staff member that went on the test drive with me didn't know the trim level, what regenerative braking is, how the car charges, and the list goes on and on. The staff member played on his phone the whole test drive and seemed genuinely uninterested. After returning from the test drive I did a thorough inspection of the car. The doorhandles were all loose and broken, it was dirty, the car had never been charged in 200 days (Electric car) so it was WAY down and they only had a trickle charger, and even the knobs to pull to put the back seats down were missing! They were not aware of any of this! Zero effort put into checking the cars they buy at auction. When I got back to the office I went into the shed that serves as their sales office. I had done my research (Thank goodness since they hadn't) and decided I would like to purchase the car. It said on their website they accepted cash or cashiers checks. I pulled out my checkbook (A valid form of cash) and they told me they can't take checks. (Never heard of a dealership not accepting a check.) I tried to explain that a check is a form of cash, I could verify funds, and they could even call my bank but they were not interested. They had the car on their lot for over 200 days and I think I see why now. If you are interested in getting an auction car that has not been checked, serviced, or even researched then this is the place for you. If you want professional, knowledgeable, and attentive people servicing your large purchase go far away from here.

Repeat Satisfied Customer

3 years ago I bought a Nissan Quest minivan from this dealership. Mac and his associates were so helpful and upfront no haggle prices. If you did like the terms of pricing they would help you find the right deal. Fast forward to 2023, I came back to Evo Motors, I found a Honda Odyssey touring minivan that was perfect for my family’s and I. Shaady was very helpful. Friendly. Awesome dealership. Thank you again it was anther awesome experience. Thank you Evo Motors. Shaady you’re awesome.

Advertises $1000 off, then tags on $900 flat blanket dealer fee to every car. Flat rate dealer fees are scams anywhere you go. The vehicle I was looking at came out to be $14,500. The year it was made brand new was $16,620.

BEWARE

Worst experience ever dealership aware of me coming from out of town to pick up vehicle but nothing was done. For starters when I arrived the truck wasnt anything like I seem in photos. Spoke with driver and he giggled about how well his images hid major safety related issues (broke tail lights, cracked windshield, broken passenger mirror). I proceed to enter the car when I was smacked by the smell of cigars, dirt and grime all throughout vehicle. Check engine light was on, oil temperature hot, coolant temperature hot, hood ajar intermittently comes on, AC didn't work(was told they would order it for me to put on), made me pay for a replacement side mirror (original had electrical tape and pan head screws holding it on) this dealer didn't even have the decency to pay for any of my troubles occured while trying to purchase car. If your looking for a car at EVO MOTORS ask them to send a detailed video of the car before even wasting your time. They aren't being honest about how they are running business and it's really unethical. Please be careful dealing with this dealer.

An Actually Honest Car Dealer

I recently bought a Ford Fusion Hybrid from these folks. Prior to that, a whole host of things went wrong with a prior car I tried to buy from them. I would be lying if I said the process was smooth. But that was beyond their control in almost all cases (weird situation), and in the end they absolutely did right by me. They made it right. I don't mind if businesses have a service lapse, particularly if it's beyond their control. It's inevitable in any business. The test of their character is whether they go out of their way to make it right and I can honestly say these folks did.
