Nissan of Staten Island is the best dealership I have

Nissan of Staten Island is the best dealership I have been to and this is my 6th Nissan Altima so I know! Igor Fleyshman was wonderful. He made sure I got the exact car I wanted. The Service Department was absolutely exceptional! Miah Awad in the Service Department made sure my car was fixed perfectly so I could drive to Florida worry free! As others have said, they treated me like family from the Sales Department to the Service Department. I highly recommend Nissan of Staten Island to everyone and I came from NYC.

The service was perfect.

The service was perfect. They are very knowledgeable and most of all the courtesy that I received I really appreciate it. From sales to management to insurance they all care for the customers. Very happy

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, over and

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, over and over again. This is the only dealership that truly treats you like family, for this reason I come all the way from south Jersey. The manager Igor greets me at the door with open arms. He’s always ready and willing to do everything possible to make his customers happy. Damiano is an amazing salesman that gets me the best deals on my vehicles. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I truly feel like these guys are my family at this point. Go see them!

Victoria is very kind and very polite. I am shopping several dealers before I purchase and after some extensive research she was the best one who helped me with all my questions. She provided such outstanding service and provided all the details that I needed in order to give me clarity on what to do next. I did not purchase my car yet but when I do I sure will be going to Nissan of see her.

I leased 3 cars over the years and financed at least 2

I leased 3 cars over the years and financed at least 2 other cars previously. I was always very satisfied with Nissan Staten Island until this recent lease. I was scammed by Fernando and the management this fifth or sixth time around. I have always, always been on time with my payments and have a good credit score. The deal I received was awful but I went into anyway because of the pressure they put me under. In the end I even after good credit and never once missed a payment I had to put $2,500 down which included the transfer of my plates and registration. To date I have not received my new registration and am now getting notices from the DMV that I have to renew my registration, after I put $2,500 down for all that to be done for me. I am outraged and will never ever lease another car from Nissan.

I went in to Nissan with my Daughter to buy a Nissan

I went in to Nissan with my Daughter to buy a Nissan Altima the salesman was Dan he gave us a price 21.987.00 the he add 3.450.00 and 1.225.00 for pre owned warranty registration then when sat down with the financial advisor he put 3.142.00 on car for a limited warranty when call them and ask them why you need to warranty all the do is lie i call Nissan direct, and ask them about the warrantee they said we only need the one certified pre owned wrap vehicle service contract it covers everything unfortunately we went on a bad day. My daughter just lost her fiancé and we were not think clearly they really took advantage. Of us I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and see what other actions I can take, but please people find another dealership the Nissan a Staten in Island are terrible

Very polite at reception. The first guy helped me was very good. The finance manager was very thorough and very nice.

Dishonesty all around!

Dishonesty all around! From the salesperson to finance regarding everything to the vehicle to the contract (new isssue) They don’t resolve any issues and push you off to corporate.
