Follow up repair of start/stop system

Service department at Garber Automall is outstanding. From the service writers to the mechanics it is a truly professional operation. The main reason I have purchased several vehicles from Garber is their service department.

Excellent Home Town Service

Came in for a tire rotation and oil change was greeted properly and promptly. The atmosphere in the waiting room was friendly and clean. I would highly recommend this dealership for your auto needs.

New Truck Purchase

I am 63 years old and have purchased many new vehicles. Each time I went to a dealership, I went with a sense of dread because I knew what I was in for. This purchase from Garber Ford and their Sales Rep Hunter Thompson, was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever taken part in. Without applying pressure, Mr Thompson worked with us to determine our requirements and to find us a vehicle that met our needs. We were made an acceptable offer and quickly closed the deal. From the Sales Rep to the Sales Manager to the Finance Manager, we were treated politely and with respect. In addition. Hunter Thompson was the most knowledgeable sales rep I have ever dealt with. He knew the Ford products and was able to answer every question we had! Based on our experience, I would have no reservations with recommending Garber to anyone I know.

Excellent Service

I know people complain about using dealer services but I find Garber to be very reasonable, they wash my car for me (it's usually quite dirty) and they're pleasant. I hope to continue doing business with them FOREVER!
