I have admit that I honestly believe the staff at Burdick Hyundai not only put me in a vehicle that fit my budget, but they definitely treated me fairly. If you ask me about them, I would not hesitate to to tell you that it's definitely worth going to.

Just purchased a 2025 Tucson and the purchase process was extremely easy. The salesperson,Jakob,was great to deal with. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and easy to deal with. The Service Manager,Dave, also made this process easy. I would recommend Burdick Hyundai and Jakob if you're looking for a vehicle.

Worst experience at this dealership. Found the specific car I wanted to buy, reached out to the dealer and tried to make a deposit, no valid engagement or response for two straight days. Most people I spoke to appeared incompetent and acted as if they had never worked in the industry. Reached out to the GM to discuss with no response. In contrast reached out to another dealer - Vision - and they bent over backwards to help. My advice would be not to shop here, two many options of dealers who want to help you.

I wasn't planning to buy a vehicle, I was just having service work done on my Santa Fe, But after speaking with the sales manager Brian having him work up some numbers for me, I worked with George Delia to test drive and ultimately purchase a Santa Cruz. I never once felt pressured into making a purchase and the whole process was pleasant and painless. I would highly recommend Burdick to anyone considering making a purchase.

My 2023 hyundai santa fe is making a noise,been doing it since shortly after I purchased the car new. It has been getting louder and more consistent over time. I took it in to service at least 4 times and have had 3 different people test drive the car, one time I drove the car with a technician who agreed there is a noise. Another visit the service manager went with me and he agreed there is a noise. The last time I took it in, I left it with them for a week, when I came back to get it, I was told, they couldn't find the source of the noise and there is nothing they can do. I filed a complaint with hyundai usa. They look into it and got back to me in short order. I was told by my case manager that the service manager said that after taking it for several test drives, they did not hear a noise. They lied to hyundai usa. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM BURDICK HYUNDAI!
