They made the buying process simple and easy. They made the dealer trade to get the truck I wanted look easy and quick. Staff was pleasant and easy to talk too. The facility itself was very clean and organized. I would not have any problems going back to Jim Butler in Linn Missouri to purchase another vehicle.

The Salesman Brett S. was as always super great to work with, he was very patient with me while I was deciding what truck I wanted to purchase,and after deciding he worked hard at coming up with the deal I could except. After the sale he continued his work by getting me entered into the GM Loyalty Program. This is the 3rd truck in 5 years that I have purchased from Jim Butler, and the last 2 has been with Brett helping me. I will continue to contact Brett the next time I look for a vehicle.

I would not recommend this service center, was not able to fix my problem even after several calls to headquarters.. Kept calling me to come get telling me that it was fixed even though it was not. So I mad several attempts to pick up having to take off work.
