I was driving hmy new car in less than 30 minutes

It was the smoothest car purchase ever. I drove almost 400 miles to get the car I found on Cars.com. Jennifer the receptionist, Tony the sales person and Heath the finance guy made my car buying an amazing experience. I was driving home in my new car in less than half an hour of combined interaction over the phone and in person. There was no back and forth tug of war, no hidden fees and no last minute price changes. Thank you guys!

BMW trade for Silverado

My experience was extremely positive. This dealership yet again, made the car buying process smooth and simple and did everything I could ask to make the deal happen. There is a night and day difference between the amazing people here and what I had to deal with in Kansas City. I will continue to use Jim Butler for a very long time.

Indicator light

We have been buying cars and trucks at this location since 1993 before Jim Butler. Up till this last several years we have been satisfied with the service department. When David was head of the department we were treated with respect. The new head of the department now talks down to you like you don't know anything. We had a problem with a I indicator light for a fuel filter. When my husband took it in for a oil change he td them about the light. After the service he asked about the fuel filter, was told it was not the fuel filter light but the oil filter. He did not argue, the light came back on before he got home. We called and talked to the service department manager a s we determined that the filter should be changed. Had it done and we checked the life of the filter before we left the business. Before we made it home the light came on again. On our return trip to see if they could determine what was going on, the (girl) in the service department tried to explain it by saying that they (service techs) had forgotten to reset the indicator. Than she preceded to try to explain everything. My husband and I both were raised by mechanics, I know things have changed many times over the the last 20 to 30 years, be we have a basic grasp of mechanical details and did not appreciate being treated as if I needed a education on how things are done. We are in the process of deciding if we want to do business with Jim Butler in the future.

Had Jeep for 2 days knowing it was needed for work Monday. Called late saying wouldn’t be done. Lost another day of work. Won’t be back.

Forget this Dealer

Internet Sales Lady named Alisha was nice enough that I drove 100 miles to this Dealer.Good Salesman Bob Moritz did all that could be asked for.After waiting 3.5 hours for their Finance Person who I never did see I left.Only because of Bob I returned the next day and bought it.Then I was told that I would get points on a stupid App MyChevrolet rewards worth about a $100-Nope that didn't happen either.
