Fast and thorough job

With freezing temps, I had a glow plug that needed to be worked on. Cascade Chevrolet got me in the next day and done by 3:30

The Customer Service was excellent, very professional. They did exactly what they said they would do, for exactly the price estimated and the vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. There was no wait coming or going. They called promptly when the vehicle was ready to go. And, they provided free shuttle service. Everyone was friendly. The shuttle driver was frost class. Highly recommended.

Easy to contact, helpful and provided a ride back to work

Retired

Customer service wasn't as good as years past. I was told by Tuesday my vehicle would be done. I called 6 times left message 4 times through the day to check and finally got a hold of a person that wanted to chat with me, and was told it wouldn't be ready till Wednesday. Which was fine if someone would have called me back in 7 hrs. I'm disappointed ??

Poor service

Unable to perform diagnostic to answer why I got the message on my dashboard. ?Steering assist reduced. Drive with care?. You can?t tell me what it means.

Thank you to General Manager Jordan Baldock, and Brett Wennerberg/Tim Clark/Bethanie Worley in the Collision Center for 5/5 repair of a panel of my Escalade ESV. Outstanding results and I appreciate their attention to detail and professionalism. And thanks to their rental car staff also for providing a Chevrolet Traverse that I enjoyed for a few days. $1400 well spent!

Cascade Auto Center, East Wenatchee, Wa

Kelly was great! I have only purchased three cars in my lifetime and generally think of the process as time-consuming and cumbersome, but I was in my new 2020 Chevy Blazer with knowledge of how to use wipers, blue-tooth, lights, navigation system, heated seats, emergency brake, on-star. . . . anything I might need get on my way. The paper work went along swiftly and painlessly. I felt well taken care of. Carole Rainey
