I decided to trade in my Pilot rather than have it repaired. I saw a newer Pilot I liked so I bought it. When I got home I realized there was a problem.... Chris sent a driver to my home, 200 miles away to get my Pilot so the problem can be fixed. The end result was a very positive experience. Chris handled the issue with professionalism and integrity and made me a happy customer. This is my 4th Pilot and have always had outstanding customer service. Thank you Chris and Tower Honda.

Brought my car into to get serviced due to the fact I had 7 different service lights on. I had service advisor Shannon. I asked her if it was possible... for me to have a loner while they fixed it so I could get errands done and she said they had none. So I said okay and waited for someone to come get me. They had the problem fixed in a few hours and I went back and picked it up. A few days later my car was having problems starting and the lights on the dash were flashing and now I was having problems with my ac as well as the temp gage. I took it back to get serviced and asked for a loaner car again because I had no one to come get me this time. She said they again had none, so I asked to speak with Ken the supervisor. I told him everything that had happened and instead of apologizing about them not having any cars to give to me to use while my car was being serviced he said he wouldn’t loan me one even if he had any. When I asked him why, he said previously when I had a loaner car I while my car was being service for a month and a half I brought it back “trashed”. Mind you, I have a one year old. While using the loner she knocked her cup over and spilled some milk in the seat that i tried to clean as best i could. When the service advisor had called and said they finally got to the part I need for the first problem they said they’d have it fixed by Monday. It was a Thursday or a Friday. I thought I would have time to get the car cleaned before returning. They then called me back that day 30 mins before they closed saying my car was ready. Instead of sending me a bill or telling me that next time I would be charged he decided I would not be allowed to use a loaner again. Then said that it cost him $150 to clean the car, which I’m positive it didn’t cost due to the fact that they have a detailing department to clean cars that are brought in and used especially because of Covid now. My whole family has Honda’s. We’ve bought 4 cars in the past 5 years brand new from this dealership and we will not be purchasing another, nor taking it to get serviced here anymore due to the poor service and flat out rude customer service that I received from Ken.
I submitted an app online looking for a car for my teenage daughter and this will be her very first car. Was contacted by Jeff in sales, he covered everything... thing I had written and immediately starting helping me. No hassle, everything went smoothly and I met Danny the finance manager and he was AWSOME just like Jeff. They both listened to my needs and I purchased a 2019 Honda Fit and when I signed all the paperwork Lenny the finance manager was also easy to deal with and went over everything with me making sure he answered all my questions. This dealership is the best I have ever dealt with and my only complaint is that I waited so long to go see them. Thank you Tower Honda of Longview.

Service rep was condescending and rude. My vehicle has been serviced here before, he was unable to locate records and got short with me as if I was lying... about my service record. He then proceeded to get snippy about the cost as if I couldn’t pay. I politely asked him to not be so rude, he did apologize, however the damage was done.
We are sorry to read this, Honda John. We will work hard to improve moving forward.
My wife & I recently purchase a Honda Pilot touring edition from Tower Honda. We always try to buy local and Tower did not disappoint. We took the offer... we received from Tower Honda and shopped around to a few other Honda dealers and all 3 told us what a great deal Tower Honda was giving us!! That's not something you hear very often from competitive dealerships. I would HIGHLY recommend our salesman Jeff Smith. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars and very responsive. We also worked with the GM Danny and the finance manager Brian. All 3 were very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Tower Honda to friends and family.

I want to give a very heart felt thank you to Robbie Duck and Brian Duck for going above and beyond to help me find the 2017 Honda Accord Touring I was... wanting. My salesman Robbie Duck not only located it but also took the time to go over every feature the Accord has and made sure I knew how it all worked. Their sales manager Brian Duck was extremely helpful with the purchasing of my Accord and explained their Car Doc package-which is a great deal, haven't had that offered on any other car I bought from other dealerships, along with extra warranty information. He made sure I was 100% happy with my Accord and even went over add on accessories for my Accord. I can honestly say I have never had such a fun time buying a car. No pressure at all!!! In fact it was such a great experience that my son bought a car from Robbie Duck a couple days later. If you want hassle free buying and a great salesman go to tower Honda and ask for Robbie Duck and Brian Duck, they are an amazing team, you will not be disappointed!!!!

I just purchased a brand new Accord Sort from the guys at Tower Honda in Longview. They were Awesome. Cornelius the salesman and Richard the manager actually... made it fun. We negotiated a bit, no high pressure and I left with my beautiful new metallic gray Accord and a great deal. Everyone was really helpful and had a great attitude. I highly recommend them.

We bought a new Pilot in January 2017 at Tower Honda in Longview. The whole process could not have gone smoother. Our salesman Jake Sloan, General Manager... Danny Benage and Finance Manager Chris Walker really went out of their way to make sure our buying experience was an enjoyable one. There was no pressure and we could not be happier with our new car.
