Sketch, they told me different financing numbers over the

Sketch, they told me different financing numbers over the phone vs in person, denied anything being wrong with the car and when I took it to get inspected the mechanics quoted $1,400 worth of repairs.

Mike was great to work with with and very accommodating.

Mike was great to work with with and very accommodating. We were unable to come to an agreement due to issues on my end but I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a vehicle. Honest and straight forward with clean cars, you can't ask for more!

I recently bought a Toyota RAV4 from Driven and could not

I recently bought a Toyota RAV4 from Driven and could not be happier with my experience. Start to finish the team provided me with a great mix of responsiveness and no pressure service that made everything easy and pleasant. They worked with me to get payments where I needed them, had the car fully serviced and inspected when I picked it up (with a full tank of gas), and even took it back in to get a sensor repaired about 10 days post purchase. I’m so grateful to Ryan and everyone there who took care of me, and will absolutely go back when we’re looking for our next vehicle!

Sales people are arrogant and disrespectful.

Sales people are arrogant and disrespectful. Car I looked at needed expensive repairs they either weren’t aware of or chose to ignore. The price is not negotiable and repair to make the vehicle buyable not offered. Overall a shady feeling dealing with this business. Thankfully I did not purchase from them in the end.

If someone here was arrogant or disrespectful to you, we would like to hear about your experience so that we can speak to who it was and make improvements in the future. We also do not sell vehicles in need of expensive repairs, so we would like to hear more details on that as well. I'm very sorry that you feel that there is something shady about our business, but I can assure you that there is not. And if our business was shady, we would not be interested in hearing what you had to say in order to rectify the situation. We were voted the Best Used Car Dealership in our area in a poll by our local newspaper, and we work hard every day to treat people exactly as we would like to be treated, and to maintain a great reputation. We look forward to hearing from.

They did nothing to earn my business.

They did nothing to earn my business. 'Here's the key, we don't negotiate, do dealer prep. $60 extra if we do that registration '. The battery was quite corroded and needed servicing. Registration fee was appropriate. Price was several hundred dollars high per KBB and other on-line services. Didn't take any information and didn't try to sell me on them. If you don't think your company is good enough to promote, then it's not good enough to buy from.

Hi MerlinMedic. We are sorry that you had a less than satisfactory experience at our dealership. We actually make an effort to not oversell anyone on a vehicle or our dealership. We have found that most people prefer this, and feel much more comfortable not being pressured, or "being sold." We understand that no particular way of doing business can possibly please every individual. If you prefer the "hard sell" tactics, and someone calling you after your visit, then our dealership is just not a good fit for what you are looking for. We choose to promote our business in other ways, than the typical used car dealership. We appreciate your consideration and wish you all the best with your vehicle search!

They are horrible to deal with and have no idea what they are selling Would say anything to sell the car They used a old car fax saying the car was not in an accident. The accident showed up two weeks later.

"Great Cars and Service at Driven Automotive"

Never had such an easy experience buying a car than I did at Driven Automotive. I requested a test drive and Ryan got right back to me to set up a test drive for the next day. The car was ready for me to test drive when I got there. After my test drive Ryan took care of all the paperwork for me. The car was delivered to me the day it was promised, cleaned, shined and a full tank of gas. I highly recommend Driven Automotive to all of family and friends.

NOT RECOMMENDED

The sales people there are pushy and arrogant. I would not recommend coming here. I will not go to them again for another vehicle. The one sales guy was making sexual comments on how many women I could get with my new vehicle... very unprofessional

Evil cars For Sale

Ryan sell lemons on car loans then deliver the dangerous cars to do away your life. They ask for HAPPY CUSTOMER PICTURE meanwhile his intentions is to cause fatal car crashes and laugh about it. Worst than worthless dealership more like a deep ditch.

Love my Hummer

I drove two hours to pick up my vehicle and it was ready to go with a full tank of gas. I was nervous about driving it home as it is an older truck with higher miles. About 15 minutes into the trip my nerves evaporated and I enjoyed every minute of the drive home. The truck was smooth and steady. I absolutely love it and the experience was totally stress free. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family.
