Lemon!!!!!
Bought an acura. Rear differential pump went bad after four thousand miles. Never buy here again! They had no interest in helping or making it right.

This is an unfortunate, inaccurate, and misleading review. Unfortunate, as the vehicle in question was purchased on January 3rd and this review was left on October 6th, over 9 months after purchasing the vehicle. We did include a 3 Month/4000 miles warranty with the purchase (at no extra cost to the customer). Inaccurate as they did not ever make us aware of any issue with the rear differential pump, at any time during those 9 months. The first we are hearing of any issue is with their unfortunate bad review. And misleading, as they would not know that we would have no interest in helping them or "making it right," as they never even asked us. So, it is also unfortunate for this person if the vehicle does in fact need a repair, but it is clearly not the fault of Driven Automotive. Unfortunately, at some point every vehicle we have ever sold will eventually need maintenance and or repair, it is the nature of owning a vehicle. We sold them a vehicle in good working order when they purchased it, and we stood behind the vehicle beyond state requirements, at no charge at all to the customer. There is nothing that we could have done differently or better to account for or prevent a future failure of a vehicle component 9 months after purchase.
Good service with an issue
Bought a newer model high miles truck with no issues on test drive. Two days after signing the papers it needed ball joints and an expensive fix to get rid of a check engine light for Pennsylvania state inspection. I brought the truck back and it was fixed within two days free of charge. Mike was always professional and easy to get a hold of.

Worst experience ever
The worst place you can purchase a vehicle from. Took my money and when there was major issues with the vehicle he takes it to his buddy that tells you nothing is wrong with it. Despite videos and check engine lights. Now he's dragging his feet after I won a lemon law case. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER AT ALL!

The most important thing to us is ensuring that every person who buys a vehicle here gets a good value, and are satisfied with their purchase. Clearly, Mr. Duke is not satisfied, and that is unfortunate. But, we can assure anyone reading this, that his dissatisfaction is not at all due to our lack of desire, or lack of effort to make him satisfied. We can also assure you that what he has posted is tragically incorrect. Despite our MANY efforts to find the "major problem" Mr. Duke is experiencing, it never once had an issue for us. Between us and the multiple Ford dealerships that looked at this truck, we put over 500 miles on the truck with not as much as one issue. We did not have "our buddy" look at the truck, it was taken to multiple local Ford dealerships, that are authorized by the manufacturer Ford to repair these vehicles. It was looked at by multiple Ford authorized mechanics, using top-notch Ford diagnostic equipment, and went through multiple specific Ford pinpoint tests to try and verify the concern that only Mr. Duke can seem to find with his truck. After multiple visits, and multiple scans, and multiple wasted hours, and multiple wasted hundreds of Driven's Automotive dollars, not one problem was found with the truck. To anyone who would like verification of these facts, you are welcome to stop in to Driven Automotive and we will provide you with the factual evidence and reports from the Ford dealerships stating that the truck does not have any issues. We can also play you the voicemail from a very frustrated owner of one of the Ford dealerships. Who, upon being fed up with his employees coming to him about how frustrated they are with dealing with Mr. Duke and his "mysterious problem" that no one can find or duplicate, personally drove the truck to see what all the fuss was about. He explains in the voicemail about how well the truck runs and drives, and how it works exactly as it is designed to. And in all this time, and all these contacts, the only person who thinks Mr. Duke's truck has a problem, is Mr. Duke. Not fixing "major issues" with vehicles that happen during the warranty period is simply not how we do business here. If we had no intention of fixing an issue with Mr. Duke's truck, why would we go to all the hassle, and all the wasted time of driving it all over, and to multiple Ford dealerships, multiple times? When he purchased the truck it was under full manufacturer's powertrain warranty, and if it had an issue, it would have been fixed free of charge to Mr. Duke, and even free of charge to Driven Automotive. So, there would be absolutely zero motivation for us, to not have Mr. Duke's truck fixed, if it actually had a problem. Even outside of the manufacturer's warranty, we would have gladly paid to have the mystery "major issue" fixed. The cost of the repair, would pale in comparison to the wasted time, and frustration of dealing with Mr. Duke. The Ford dealership was aware that if they found anything wrong with the truck, that we would GLADLY pay the repair, just to be done with dealing Mr. Duke and this truck, and have us all move on with our lives. And yes, this sounds harsh, but it is the harsh reality of how frustrating this whole ordeal was. We would ask anyone who has taken the time to read this far (sorry), if you took your vehicle to a shop, and told the shop, "Please find something wrong with my vehicle, because someone else has offered to pay 100% of the cost of the repair. So it will cost me nothing, and you will make money on those repairs, and increase the revenue and income of you shop, and increase the amount of the pay check that you take home to support yourself and your family" do you think it would be in their best interest to not find something wrong with your vehicle? Simply put, Mr. Duke is mistaken. We are a great dealership to trust with your hard earned money , and we will 100% go the extra mile to help out anyone who has an issue with a vehicle that is purchased here.

2016 hyandai sonata hybrid
So, I am not your typical car buyer. I found a car I loved locally, drove it and then I found what I could afford online. This led me to Global Motors. I live in Pittsburgh, Pa and when Peko said he could ship it to me for $600, I figured... why not? Every advice tip I could find told me to not buy until I see the car in person, but I decided to look at reviews for Peko and his brother’s dealership instead. These reviews were so positive, that I took a leap of faith and went forward with the deal. To say that I am overly pleased would be an understatement. I am beyond thrilled. Sure it took longer than a normal sale, but that is typical for this kind of sale. It was worth every penny, because I save myself over $2500 compared to local offers. I completely recommend Peko and Global Motors for your next buying opportunity no matter where you live... they are trustworthy and beyond friendly.

Great buying experience !!!!!!!
Mike and the crew at Driven are top notch. We drove 2+ hours to look at a Traverse that I had a bunch of communication with Mike about. First I have to say he is very quick to respond back to questions you may have. Second, if you like high pressure sales, then do not go here!!! These guys are the lowest pressure (actually no pressure at all) that I have ever seen from any sales people. We will definitely be coming back to see Mike again and I have already handed out a few of his cards to friends. The bonus of all this is that the price was great and my wife loves her "new" car. Make the Drive its worth it!
Drove 3hrs from Southern NJ to buy a truck from Mike at Driven. Price was the main reason but after meeting Mike it just made the deal complete. When buying any used car, thinks happen. Hands down the best dealership I've bought from ever!!!! Michael is an honest man who stands by his vehicles. I live in Pa and saw the truck I wanted on his website thru Cargurus. Called Michael , told him I was interested. He got the truck and paperwork ready in one day. I drive up to NY to get my truck . The paper work took less than 10 minutes. I got in my truck with a full tank of gas and was on my way. Michael has a loyal customer now in Scranton pa. His sales associate Gary is a gentleman and a professional. I would recommend this dealer 100%
