It took a couple months to get the exact car I wanted, but through the entire process Sam, the manager at Waukegan lot' worked with me and made sure I was 100% comfortable with the car before purchasing it. I would highly recommend this dealership!

It was pointless because no one responded to my inquiry. It has been over 10 days. Obviously the car is gone.

I inquired about a Lexus GS 300. I never got a response. Nothing. No "This car is no longer available" or "we're sorry, this is an old ad that we need to take down." Not a darned thing. Frustrating as all heck.

They never responded to my inquiry. I was seriously planning on going there (3hrs away) to check out a vehicle.
