extended cvt transmission warranty dealer games

I brought my versa note with lemon transmission to them on Aug 31st. Should be covered by nissan extended cvt warranty. The transmission was already problems when I was in different repair shop few days before, sa they change fluid for compatible fluid to nissan. Well, Nissan service manager right away said they will void my extended warranty for transmission repair because of this fluid, which didn't affect anything. They drag this case, sending fluid to Nissan lab and waiting 1 week already for results. For me it is hardship and stress. 11 days without any vehicle, and Jason can't tell when he gets lab results. He lies anyway, telling different things. I have this vehicle since December 2020. Wish I never bought it.

like any other dealerships

Wasn't a horrible experience however have had better dealings at other dealerships, especially with small things. Like changing to different tires when spending $40000 on a vehicle.

Professional, Helpful, Considerate and Fun!

The staff was very friendly including our salesperson, Alexis. I was able to secure a deal and drive off the lot in a matter of hours! The entire team made the time pass quickly as they prepped my vehicle and were fun to be around.

Best sales process ever

I felt like this was the only dealership who truly listen to my needs and took the time to make sure that each and everyone of my needs were met. I felt like I was dealing with friends and family rather than pushy salesman.

Great buying experience, great service experience

I bought a pre-owned Honda Civic June from this dealership and the experience was fantastic from beginning to end. The sales staff was friendly and accommodating, and was fair when valuing my trade-in. There was no pushiness, anxiety, or difficulty. My salesperson and sales manager addresses my exact needs, and allowed me to thoroughly look over the car I was purchasing. I was able to take the car home the same day without hassle or negotiation, and it’s treated me well. Though it’s not a Nissan, I regularly service it here - Jason, Larry, and Brandon in the service department are a great group of guys and provided me with sound advice while answering every question I had. This place is different - it feels truly welcoming.

Maguire Nissan of Syracuse Buying Experience 👎👎

Had the most terrible experience at Maguire Nissan with the most dishonest and unappreciating dealership I have ever dealt with. My wife and I bought our 4th vehicle from Maguire Nissan :Maxima in 2005, Rogue in 2010, Rogue in 2016 and Rogue 2019 about three weeks ago. One week after the purchase the paint on our 2019 Rogue started to peel off, my wife went to Maguire Nissan to get the defective car replaced, but they refused to help her. All they were willing to do is to repaint the car. Who would want to keep a defective brand new car after couple weeks of purchase? If I wanted a damaged and defective car I would buy it from Salvage Action for half a price and fix it myself. Nissan had identicatical Peeling Paint Class Action Lawsuit, which they had to settle for 1.7 million dollars (Nelson vs Nissan North America). However, they didn’t learn the lesson and still knowing sell defected cars to customers (see picture). They also failed to tell us that the car had 600 miles on it and sold it as a new vehicle. first, the salesperson lied and told us that those miles are from test drives ( takes about 2 weeks of driving in a city or 11 hrs on hwy to drive 600 miles). When he realized that no one believes him, he admitted that the car was driven from out of state instead of being transported on a truck. Will never go to this dealership again, I would rather drive out of state to buy a car, then give Maguire my business again. If English is your second language, don’t even think about going there, because they’ll exploit all your weaknesses as much as they can. And Remember Happy Customers don’t usually write reviews. If you have time and money to spare, then go with these guys cause they'll give you a nice little run around. That's all. Try Burdick.

Excellent experience

Huge selection of vehicles. Sales people very professional and knowledgeable about each car. Drove home new car in about 2 hours.
