First off I would like to say that this is the best sales customer service that I have ever received in my life. The whole Maguire family made this an amazing experience for me from Jeremy Cornue (The salesperson who sold me my car) to Andy from finance. This is the standard that I wish all salespeople and car dealerships will live up to. Thank you to the whole maguire team !

Great Service - No High Pressure
While I service my Nissan at Maguire, this review is specifically in reference to the fine service we received from salesman Dan Foster. Dan spent much time with me and my wife informing us about the model car we were interested in as well as on test drives. Dan is professional and also possesses a sense of humor that takes any tenseness out of the shopping experience. Maguire is a solid dealership and Dan Foster is a great at his job.

Mackenzie is phenomenal!
Mackenzie was incredible. I called the night before because they had a truck listed on website. Called into store and thank god I got her. She took pics sent them to me. I drove up the next day and purchased from her. Awesome experience

Never again
Kept the car for a week the first time to be serviced and did not fix what we asked to be fixed but fixed something that was not. Also, once we picked it up we noticed our steering wheel controls and horn no longer worked. When we brought the car back because they did not fix it the first time, they had the car for an entire month. Told us it needed a whole new engine, then told us it didn't. They said they had nothing to do with the steering wheel issue even though we have never had that problem before and we noticed it almost immediately upon picking the car up. They did not keep us updated on the progress of the repairs during the month that it was there and then tried to charge us $500 after the said it would be $325. I would never recommend them to anyone for service. It was not a huge fix and they had the car for literally 30 days. I am not one to write a bad review and always give others the benefit of the doubt but there is just no excuse for such terrible service.

Buying Process Great, Awful Service Department
When I was buying my recent car I was very picky as to what I wanted and the options on the car. During my search I found a great deal at this dealership, all the sales people were really pleasant and nice, the sales process was not as painful as I expected. The price was great, they worked worked with me really well. Now comes the second part of buying a vehicle from this dealer. By miles the absolute worst service department that has ever existed. If ANYTHING breaks on your new car, regardless on how long you've owned it or if it has any warranty, it'll be around $100 before you walk in the door. Better buy a car elsewhere because you'll lose your mind if anything goes wrong and something eventually will

Rude & Incompetent
TERRIBLE! We were given incomplete and contradictory information for each service employee we talked too AND members of the sales team never called us back, even though we were interested in buying a new car. A comment was even rudely made that I was "just a woman". THE WORST! Rude & incompetent.

Excellent Experience purchasing a Nissan Altima SV
I purchased a Nissan Altima SV from Jeff Bates who had a very nice young man, Joe, training with him. This was a very nice experience. I actually HATE buying cars. You always end up feeling like you got ripped off! Not this time!!! Jeff was knowledgeable, kind and honest! Now I understand why this is such a busy place. Many thanks to Jeff and Joe.
