I received exception service on my recent purchase from Pohanka Nissan. I saw a car advertised on Cars.com and was exactly what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. I arrived at Pohanka and they assisted me until closing and I drove away that night in my new car. The management gave me great military discounts and offered me guaranteed service anytime I need it. My sales person Matthew Baden worked to get me the price I was satisfied with. Customer service and finance was friendly and very professional.

The sales staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and Logan in finance went above and beyond to get me a fair interest rate and help me protect my vehicle to the fullest extent. When looking for your next vehicle there is no reason to go anywhere but here.

Pohanka Nissan has the best service that I have ever experienced. Angela is very friendly, in person and over the phone and always greets you with a smile. Any service I receive is always quick and while waiting I enjoy the coffee and wifi :) Pohanka is a trusted name within the community, and the only place that services my vehicle. Tyler Coles is one terrific guy to work with . Everything he said he could do for me to put me into my new car he did and more. I felt very comfortable with him and I truly love my new car. He introduced me to everyone there in service and these folks as well were fantastic (sorry I cannot remember everyone name) but I know your faces and the customer service you showed to me was tip top. If you are in the market for a car I highly recommend contacting Tyler . I cannot express enough how happy I was to drive away with my car and I owe that to Tyler.........thanks again.
