From the moment I entered the building my experience was

From the moment I entered the building my experience was pleasant. I was granted with a nice welcome. After hearing what I was looking for the salesperson quickly grabbed some options for me. He took his time to review features with me and helped answer all of my questions. The overall sales completion process took longer than I had anticipated and resulted in the salesperson staying hours past his shift. Not once did he complain verbally or non-verbally. My interactions with the others involved was also pleasant. After waiting 18 years to purchase a new vehicle, this process of purchasing a new car went better than I anticipated. Thank you AutoNation Honda Columbus!

I had an excellent experience with AutoNation Honda.

I had an excellent experience with AutoNation Honda. This is my second Passport bought new from this dealership. John was great to work with - helped me find the perfect car for me and I was pleased with the trade in value offered for my car. I also appreciate the follow up help with the upgrades and how to use them! The whole experience was hassle free and pleasantly easy!

Our experience with purchasing our Honda Passport was excellent. From the time we stepped foot on the lot until we made the deal we was awesome. 2018 HRV with paint issues that is covered by Honda.

2018 HRV with paint issues that is covered by Honda. The dealership has been delaying this repair for 3 months because their body shop is not certified to make paint repairs. We have bought 4 cars from them, but will no longer deal with them.

How many white 2018 Honda HRVs does your service department have with paint issues. They have my phone number if your General Manager would like to talk. Not trying to be mean but tired of wasting my time calling this dealership.
