Replaced Stereo

I had my stereo replaced and it took maybe an hour tops. The service was phenomenal. The people were friendly and very professional and because my repairs were under warranty, the price just couldn?t be beat. Thanks for all that you do.

Waited 4 hrs for tire change

My husband spoke with someone on the phone about getting new tires. The person on the phone told him he would need to come to the store to order and pay for new tires up front. After work he went to AutoNation to order and pay and the guy who worked with him said that he could've ordered over the phone and pay when they put the new tires on. So that was one annoyance that people aren't giving customers consistent information and it wasted his time to have to go to the store. He was told to make an appointment to get the new tires put on so he made the appointment for 2:30 pm a couple of days later. He shows up at his appointment time and is forced to wait, it was after 6pm beforehand finally got the car back! Waiting around 4 hrs to get 4 new tires put on, even though he made an appointment! It wasted most of our day and I needed my van to run errands which I was no longer able to do. The sales person went home before my husband left! Terrible customer service, inconsistent information, and not using time management skills. I hate to say it, but I wish we would've gotten tires elsewhere (it's not like the price made any difference in our decision to go to AutoNation vs elsewhere), I don't want to have to deal with these people again for rotations and any tire care using our warranty on the tires. Train your people better, and for goodness sakes, if someone makes an appointment you should be ready at the appointment time to work on that vehicle and get them out quickly. Dont make appointments if you're going to work on everything else before the person who made an appointment.

AutoNation (Great Company Great People) YES - I am an AutoNation Loyal Customer for Life Why Because of Great People Like: Jackson Bender-Ruben Caudle and Dale Livingston Men with Great Character, Great Leadership skills and a Caring Attitude Three years ago I leased an XTS Cadillac from AutoNation Port Richey because I liked the Car and I liked the Dealership?s, Respectful, Positive, and Professional attitude toward me as a potential customer. 2015 Chrysler 200

No communication...drop my car off Thursday Morning and nobody never called me. I had to call them several time and they said that they would call me back. Never got a call, it was on Monday when i got to talk with someone about my car.
