Great service

I bought my car and have it serviced at the victory drive location here in Columbus GA. They've been very generous and helpful to me since the beginning and I appreciate that because it's hard to find. The staff is very welcoming and aiming to please.

Excellent Service

I called on Saturday morning asking about a key fob replacement and programming for my car; got a same day appointment for it. Brandon was amazing with helping with the service.

Bought a Grand Cherokee SRT

Drove 2 hours to find out the truck had a big dent in the door, which they said they will fix, fine. when I got home I noticed a loud ticketing which is a common issue with the Hemi 6.4 motors from a bad camshaft and Lifters. they told me it was replaced but its still ticking LOUD (sent video's), that means the damage to the internal parts are done by metal shavings from the previous lifter/Cam failure at this point the long block motor has to be replaced with a new one per my Mopar mechanic. Keep in mind this is all within the 5 day return policy which I insisted I return the car! They reassured me that is was "certified" and would be covered by the warranty. Today is the fourth day I've sent several videos of the loud ticking to the salesman Craig who keeps assuring me it will get fixed. as of now I wont give a review because I'm a fare person. If the engine block gets replaced, fine I can live with that but how will I get back and forth to work while the truck is in the shop? I will see where this goes and take it from there before I contact BBB and FCA.

Replaced the water pump and recall. Very fast AAA

Top employees Easy to work with. A Plus Service. Everything from getting it to there shop and getting it repaired as fast as possible. It took one day for my problems. Very good job by everyone involved. Thank you very much.

AMAZING service

I brought in my Durango for service on several recalls. I made my appointment online, and when I arrived, I was promptly greeted and ready to go! Less than 3 hours later, I got news of a family emergency. Realizing I did not have my car, I called the dealership to check the status. It was not ready. I explained the situation and the service rep stated that he would pull everyone together to get it finished and to head that way. Sure enough, when I arrived, they had it parked for easy exit and ran to me with my keys. I was so incredibly grateful. I made it to Gwinnett just in time to be with my family before my grandmother passed away. THANK YOU. AutoNation Dodge now has a very loyal customer.
