Divine Sales Angels - AutoNation

Words cannot express my feelings about this place of business. I have never been treated with so much dignity and respect. I needed a car very badly and didn't think I qualified for a new one. Actually I was bringing my daughter's truck to be serviced and didn't expect to buy a car, but because the professionals at AutoNation South Columbus, GA are so divinely committed to there jobs, they assured me I had nothing to worry about and they would put me in a car! and that they did. I was overwhelmed, I really do believe they are God's Angels and they work through HIM. Thank you to everyone there I came in contact with. Especially Sabrina Mathis, my Sales Angel, and the manager and Finance Person. Love those Angels!!!

Worst service ever

Was told they were 85% sure they could get me approved for a 2018 jeep renegade with 500.00 down then was told I needed more money so I ordered 1000 Mr Cutter then told me I'll need a strong co signer I believe they just didn't want to do the sales they also ran my credit 9 time when I though they were running 1 time when asked to speak with the loan manager they gave the phone to mr cutter

Service Recall Repair

I scheduled appointments several days in advance. My appointment was at 10:00. I was told It would be 3 hours to do recall service work. IThree hours later I was told they got backed up and would be 2 more hours. This was very poor customer service. I will not be back for service or buy a cari asked for a receipt Chris gave me an our open work order that said expected time 7:00,p.m. I guess he was trying to cover himself.I not sure if the work got done makes me wonder.
