Mr.Nelson

I was treated like family. I wasn't pressured to do anything I wasn't comfortable with and it really felt great to finally feel like nothing was being forced on me. Their finance guy Paul is awesome and down to earth. No forced warranties or change of price before signing. They will find a way to put you in the car of your dreams guaranteed!

Oil Change Expeince

The service was friendly. The majority of the staff did NOT have Masks on and I didn't feel safe. If they were wearing masks they were not wearing them properly. I did not feel safe at all.

Worst Car Buying Experience Ever

I brought a used Ram 3500,drove 5 hours to get it,by the time I made it almost back home the truck just lost power while I was driving and started back up,i looked up the problem and it was a bad ignition,now i haven't even had the truck for 12 hrs yet,i called the salesman the next morning to let him know about the problem to see if it was something they could do,he gave me the run around saying call Monday morning when the techs get in to only tell me its a problem they do have,im not over my 5 day return but im over my 250 miles,its nothing they can do and it should be a easy fix,of course im over 250 miles because i drove over 5 hours from NC to purchase it,but its definitely not good business and I will never deal with them again or send anyone to them!!!

Great Service

The service department was very helpful in assisting me with all my concerns while working on my vehicle. Even though they were busy they took time out to explain my options while assisting other customers, I?m hesitant of some dealerships but I have no problem going back and referring others.
