When I arrived for check in, the customer service clerk was wearing a mask and adhering to covid-19 procedures. I was told I would be called once my service was completed. The clerk sent a text which I did not receive. I picked up my vehicle before closing a d explained to the clerk I was expecting a call. He showed me texts that he sent. I showed him where I did not receive them. I noticed the clerk was not wearing a mask at this time. There is clearly a sign stating masks are required. My vehicle was dirty with greasy fingerprints on the driver's door. The windshield had residue from the wiper inspection.

Great service
Had my car service after another place told me I needed a new transmission which was false. I would have been out of $6000 until I took it to Dodge. Only paid $600 for the problem and my car runs like a champ.

Oil change
I scheduled an oil change. I arrived on time and it took 2 hours and 30 minutes. Never agai . I?ll go back to Ed Votkes.

Great experience
Our dealing with them was phenomenal and I am not even kidding. They worked with us online to come to an agreement on terms and money. We had to drive several hours to pick up the vehicle but they were ready for us. Showed to Walters office where we took five minutes to sign the already prepared paperwork and e documents. Them showed us to Dakota?s office for another five minutes and we were done. They sanitized the vehicle. And sent us on our way. I have nothing negative to say about the entire experience. Well done AutoNation. Our experience with you makes us want to be long time customers.
