Awesome people great experience, love the timelyness and fast delivery to my location which was an hour and a half away. Would love to come back and do work with you all again

Rushed and Confused

Finalizing the purchase at the dealership I felt really rushed and pressured to hurry and buy it. I also was rushed through the financing department, the man said it was time for him to go and just shoved me papers to sign. I also saw an advertisement of my car on the website for at least 3,000 cheaper and once I brought it to the salesman I was ignored. After taking my car home I was told to expect calls from he financer to me for more information as they finalize my loan. The next weekend I was called into the dealership because some papers wasn't signed from the finance dept. Again I was told to expect calls from the financer john( I never actually worked with him, the financer I met with was not John). I never received any calls. I wasn't sure who I was supposed to pay monthly, the day or why I didn't receive a title. I recently called in last week and a lady told me I could pick my title up and who to call to pay monthly and the name of the loan. I do like to add I do like my car a lot. I just wish the process didn't seem so rushed, mostly when I went into the finance office. I had a lot of questions about what I was signing that I didn't get answered and I am still not sure if my age played a part in it.

Love the new Elantra

thanks to all the hard work of staff that helped me and worked hard to get me in to the new 2016 Elantra it made my week that horrible end especially well. I will differently buy another Elantra from machens in the future. and I will recommend my family to shop for a car here.

Excellent experience

Friendly staff, competitive pricing, would recommend this dealer to friends. Will return on next purchase. Sales manager was straight forward during price negotiation. Facilities were nice.

Surprisingly enjoyable at first...

We found a Volkswagon New Beetle on www.Carfax.com so, we drove over an hour, to look at it on a Friday night. The salesman Zach Lemen was super nice, and helpful. The Manager Mardini even let us take it home overnight to make sure that we liked it. We were told to come back on Saturday to finish up the process. When we returned on Saturday, they were having a big sale, and were fairly busy, but Zach, and Mardini were still taking very good care of us. However, the same could not be said for Jon Frye, who did the financing and paperwork for our deal. First of all, he was in such a rush to get us through the contract papers, that he was getting the vehicles and the numbers mixed up and reversed, saying that we were trading in the Volkswagen, instead of buying it. Then, we were told that we would have to come back yet again on Monday to finalize the process, and sign the contract. But it was his attitude, and rudeness that was almost a complete, and total deal breaker. So we drove over an hour to return on Monday, to re-sign the contract papers, only to receive a phone call from Zach, the Following Wednesday morning, saying that they needed us drive down again, that same day, to sign yet another contact, because they had messed up something, and had to change finance companies, and figures. It wasn't until weeks later, that I realized that they had ran multiple credit checks, causing my credit report to go down drastically.

We Love Our Saleman

Michael Bush was great to work with, we came in planning to return our lease and we not planning on leasing a new car, but we changed our minds. Michael worked hard to get an great deal. He was so informative about the car.
