I have been a customer since it was Perry nissan and remained a customer since it’s been Joe Machens. The service Dept is expensive! Oil changes have gone up and yesterday I had recommendations totaling almost 700.00 but no deal or offer, like if I get all this done I’d get 20% off or something. Just to get my batter cable cleaned off was gong to charge me. I love my Nissan and have always had a Nissan but service needs to be more personable as far as their offers go. I do like Tara, she does seem to try to find some sort of coupon.

I can’t give enough praise and gratitude to Tara and her service team. I have never been treated better. 6 hours from home when we broke down, and I didn’t have to worry, they took such great care of my truck and me. Tara went above and beyond. The young man who gave me the loaner vehicle was another kind soul who I’ll always be grateful for. Thank you to this whole team.

They always do a wonderful job servecing my car. Everybody I have dealt with there are friendly and professional. During COVID-19 happening they give coupons for a car wash.
