They repo my car by accident because they were putting my payments on the wrong account and then cussed me out and when they found out they were wrong and it was their fault they still haven't returned the car with all my personal items inside

I will NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!! They are polite a first when they want to sell you the car after you get the car and your car start getting messed up a month after you buy it they don’t get any responsibility about the car they’ll give you the runaround and they basically tell you that they don’t care. I bought a car three months ago he started giving me problems the first month I went to them they manage to turn off the line from the agent that was turning on all the time not only they just turn it off without fixing it I went to change the oil for the car and I have to spend 140 to change all the damage that it had basically I am still paying I finance and spending money over $500 on the car they don’t get responsible for that so if you do want to have a good car DONT GO TO MY CAR STORE FORTH WORTH.

This company is fraudulent. Not even two months of me having their vehicle, the car broke down due to a rod popping in the motor! They charged me for a car payment after I told them not to charge me unless I was going to be put in a loaner car until the car was repaired! They are not communicating with me on the whereabouts of my car or the status of the repair. I have contacted the BBB behind the matter since the management can’t seem to resolve the issue themselves. I’m also seeking attorney options to sue them for the lemon laws.

They are running a fraudulent scam. The cars are no good! I got a car and my check engine light came on a few days later. The manager won’t refund down payment.

They take advantage of low income people! They sell lemons! The car I got, not even a week in and already broke down. Unsafe to drive and sold to us at three times what it’s worth. Save yourself! Go elsewhere!

I purchase a 2010 mustang very nice car runs great but I went to pay my note and the rep was just plan rude... she really needs to adjust

I Drove into the location Adrian greeted me. He was very kind and understanding. to make a long story short he made me feel comfortable, and he took charge of the buying process and got me and my family into a vehicle that fit our needs.

I wasn't sure what kind of vehicle I wanted until I came across this vehicle. I fell absolutely in LOVE with it. Its very nice and roomy and fits my family perfect. Great on gas mileage and just all around comfortable to be in.
