2010 Chevy 2500 HD
Found this truck online, was a bit nervous about traveling 400 miles to purchase. Jeff Hubert assured me that it was in good mechanical condition, He personally checked it out and talked to service tech that performed the service on it. On arrival and my inspection it was more than i had expected. Thanks Jeff!

5/6/21 I bought a 2006 Honda Odyssey Van the Vaule range $1,880-$6,463 low to hi. this car wasnt the cleanest or in good shap paint chips and frount bumper lest side loose and skuff up I now feel i paid 900 to much rang should been around 3,500 4,000 the Van has a oil leak we notice it on day 3. I paid $5,000 plus my trade-in was a 2004 Nissan Tian pickup -$1,500 finace $3,500 and its 5/20/21still no papers or contract. i have only a week left until tag office,

Very Very Poor Service.
My experiance with the service department was horrible. I own a 2003 ford lightning. For those that dont know, a lightning has a high performance motor. Its super charged. So its not a typical motor. Its allways had mobil 1 synthetic oil. Untill now. I could ramble on about how the service addvisors fail to listen, or how my starter suddenly goes out while in thier shop. But i wont. It was a very unpleasant experiance. Ive been to good ford service departments for years, this one failed nine ways to sunday. Im quite sure the service people are good people. But that dont feed the bulldog. We all have choices about who works on our cars. My addvice, steer clear of this service department.

Bad service
Really bad service and not recommended at all , took my vehicle to get fixed . when i went back to pick It up it still had the same issues , never going to that place again

Very Disappointing - Buyer Beware
I purchased a used, 2013 Ford Explorer at Bill Knight Ford in Stillwater in November 2019. Today was the first day I needed the A/C. I turned it on and it blows hot air. I called the dealership, only to be told they would need 2 days to diagnose the problem, and I would be charged $125-150 per hour for them to diagnose the problem, and that it wasn't under warranty. I am beyond disappointed in their response and deeply regret doing business with Bill Knight Ford of Stillwater. I feel as though they knowingly sold this vehicle in November, fully aware of the non-functioning A/C. Their refusal to even attempt to make this right will keep me from ever returning to this dealership. Buyer beware.

Treated a disabled retired vet with the truth
My visit went well with Tony Barrera was excellent. I came in very upset from another dealership that did a bait-and-switch move on me not a bait-and-switch car but increasing the price of a car unexpectedly several thousand dollars. After traveling 3 and half hours and being told on phone that they had that vehicle at that price they changed the price as soon as I arrived. Immediately I expressed this to Tony. He assured me that this would not happen at this dealership. Which to be honest I was unsure of at that moment I was very upset but Tony came through and search for a truck that met our specifications. There was none on the website in our price range exactly for what we needed. So he went and asked another representative maybe a manager and they found two trucks. The first one was okay but it had several problems with it. Myself being a qualified mechanic I knew that this was not the one. The second one was over the top perfect for our needs. We decided to go with this one. We had a problem getting financed because of the mileage on the vehicle so we decided to buy it and cash. We did not have all the cash on us at the moment so paid $500 to hold the $10000 product for a couple days. We are coming back today to purchase in Cash. I would say the next time I will be going there to get my next car for my wife because even though it is a three and a half hour drive the sales representative made it worth the trip even though it started off as a bad trip he made it so much better we were very excited after visiting this dealership. They really went above and beyond what normal salesmen do to get you the car you need. Just for reference we are from Rogers Arkansas and we drove all the way to Stillwater Oklahoma
