Joanne Chapleski was awesome on the phone setting up the appointment. She was able to fix the parts requested by me the customer as needing replacing under warranty. She was friendly and understanding with my concerns and complaints about salesman not following up with my concerns. Thanks for all your help and concerns resolving the problems with my truck.

As before, I found them to be very knowledgeable, professional and had an approach to sales without making me feel pressured to buy. I worked with Lief Bernard, a new salesperson. He did an excellent job and sought out help from others whenever he was unsure of any questions I asked.

Great experience. Until delivery time of vehicle. Our sales person got pulled and we were given someone to complete delivery who knew nothing about the car. He also smelled of body odor.

Aaron Boule was my contact person for the service I had done on my van. He is very friendly, kind, respectful and explained all the issues my van had very clearly to make sure I understood what was wrong and the best way to fix everything. My van had to be at the shop for a week and he kept me informed as to what was going on. When the part was ordered, when it came in and when the job was to complete. All this was very much appreciated.
