Great dealership

Found the perfect used car and had a great buying experience at Lia Nissan of Glens Falls. The car was in fantastic shape, exactly as described on and there were no hidden fees or financing requirement to get the advertised price. Our salesman, Robert, was great and the car was clean and ready to go with a full tank of gas when we arrived to complete the transaction. Overall this was a great purchasing experience and I would not hesitate to buy another car here again.


Horrible. We were led to believe that regular maintenance...

Horrible. We were led to believe that regular maintenance on our lease was covered but when we got to the appointment we surprised to find out this was not the case.I had been a loyal Lia customer but will never buy a car from them again. We also had a bad experience with the actual purchase of our car. Very unprofessional staff.


Satisfied customer

Bought a used car from Lia. Great experience. The salesperson, Mike Mashuta, was one of the best car salesmen that I have worked with. He didn't pressure us, was eager to help with any questions, was very helpful getting the most for our trade. I would shop there again.

Just a routine oil change on my Versa, but Joanne Chapleski reminded me that I would need one new snow tire this year, and volunteered to hunt down one to match my other tire (an odd brand, not easy to locate). Her care and attention on ordinary matters are always professional, but her friendly manner and willingness to go beyond the immediate are outstanding.


Quick and efficient

Always very friendly and was able to give me an appointment right away for my inspection that was going to runout within a few days, also gives complimentary car washes with service.

Oil change and state inspection

Service was fast and friendly. I liked the breakdown of costs sheet. I’m glad they included my current mileage on it so I can look back at my records.

Had my oil changed. They are always making sure you are happy with there services. This is a nice feature that they offer to make it right if you are not satisfied

2007 Frontier

On 9/16/19 I had a couple of issues with my older vehicle diagnosed and although I did decide not to opt for the repairs I was especially impressed by the service of Joanne my Customer Service Rep. She took the time to explain to me what would have to be done and the associated costs, even walking out to my truck to point out the part to me. I was impressed with the facility itself, but but it was the Customer Service Rep that made my two hour drive less tedious on my way home. If in the market for a new vehicle I would definitely consider Lia of Glens Falls.
