Found the perfect used car and had a great buying experience at Lia Nissan of Glens Falls. The car was in fantastic shape, exactly as described on cars.com... and there were no hidden fees or financing requirement to get the advertised price. Our salesman, Robert, was great and the car was clean and ready to go with a full tank of gas when we arrived to complete the transaction. Overall this was a great purchasing experience and I would not hesitate to buy another car here again.
Bought a used car from Lia. Great experience. The salesperson, Mike Mashuta, was one of the best car salesmen that I have worked with. He didn't pressure... us, was eager to help with any questions, was very helpful getting the most for our trade. I would shop there again.
Just a routine oil change on my Versa, but Joanne Chapleski reminded me that I would need one new snow tire this year, and volunteered to hunt down one... to match my other tire (an odd brand, not easy to locate). Her care and attention on ordinary matters are always professional, but her friendly manner and willingness to go beyond the immediate are outstanding.
On 9/16/19 I had a couple of issues with my older vehicle diagnosed and although I did decide not to opt for the repairs I was especially impressed by... the service of Joanne my Customer Service Rep. She took the time to explain to me what would have to be done and the associated costs, even walking out to my truck to point out the part to me. I was impressed with the facility itself, but but it was the Customer Service Rep that made my two hour drive less tedious on my way home. If in the market for a new vehicle I would definitely consider Lia of Glens Falls.

Horribly rude salespeople. Unable to handle writing a deal. Stay away from this dealership. A complete waste of time. Stephanie was completely inconsiderate,... rude, and inapt.
I am always welcomed at Lia with a big smile from Aaron Boule. He (and the other staff members) make you feel important. I have been going there since... it opened 3 years ago and have never had a bad experience. Thank you Aaron and company.

Aaron Boule has always been extremely helpful when we bring our car in for servicing. When anything unexpected comes up he will call and see if we want... to go ahead with the recommended repairs. Treats us very well even though we did not buy our car here.
