Everyone was very friendly , knowledgeable and helpful , especially Stephanie Havens. I specifically asked for her because she was very helpful last year when my husband purchased is frontier truck.

Our salesperson Michael Mashuta made our car buying experience an absolute pleasure. He made the whole process seem effortless for us. Michael worked diligently to ensure that all of our questions were answered as well as having our best interest in mind. We felt very comfortable with the purchase knowing that we were in good hands with Michael. He went above and beyond every step of the way. If every salesperson were like Michael, the car buying experience wouldn't be as daunting to customers. Michael is a great asset to your dealership and should be recognized for his outstanding customer service.

Michael Masciarelli was very good, 5 stars, not pushy and

Michael Masciarelli was very good, 5 stars, not pushy and not overly talkative, which we appreciated. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the trade in value and with how quickly we were able to get the "new" car I am the primary drive of this vehicle which I made clear several times. Unfortunately, all the paperwork shows me as the co-signer. In regards to the finance team, it took a while to get copies if all the paperwork. I ended up having my daughter pick it up at the dealership, over a week after the sale. I received an email file around the same day. I feel that the gentleman who took care of this for us was not as easy to work with. Needed the wipers replaced since they did not work very well. I asked to have the back wiper replaced as well and was told that it was not needed. It does need to be replaced, very noticeable with the snow and rain. I guess I'll have to pay for that one. All in all, the staff, starting with Mel (also 5 stars), was great. The dealership was clean and comfortable. Decent experience.
