This is the second car I have purchased from Lia Nissan

This is the second car I have purchased from Lia Nissan in Glens Falls. As before, I found them to be very knowledgeable, professional and had an approach to sales without making me feel pressured to buy. I worked with Lief Bernard, a new salesperson. He did an excellent job and sought out help from others whenever he was unsure of any questions I asked.

Great experience.

Great experience. Until delivery time of vehicle. Our sales person got pulled and we were given someone to complete delivery who knew nothing about the car. He also smelled of body odor.

Aaron Boule was my contact person for the service I had

Aaron Boule was my contact person for the service I had done on my van. He is very friendly, kind, respectful and explained all the issues my van had very clearly to make sure I understood what was wrong and the best way to fix everything. My van had to be at the shop for a week and he kept me informed as to what was going on. When the part was ordered, when it came in and when the job was to complete. All this was very much appreciated.

Joanne Chapleski was very helpful when my 2024 Nissan pathfinder wouldn’t start and gave me a 800 number to call to have it towed to the garage where they checked it out and fixed it

Aaron is amazing! So grateful for all of his friendly service and product knowledge! He does a great job of up selling. I wouldn’t go to Lia if he wasn’t there. He makes it very easy and comfortable.
