Always great service

I have been getting major repairs completed here since the purchase of my car in 2013. The team has always been professional and Brandon Cannon is great!

Great Customer Service

Brandon Cannon was our customer service representative and did and outstanding job of informing me of the problems and cost of my car to be repaired. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would recommend using Jim Ellis Buick/GMC.

Great experience purchasing my vehicle!

I went to this dealership just to continue my care buying research. I left with a new vehicle because of one really big reason - Jake Bugrovsky, my salesperson. Jake was patient, allowed me to ask 1,000 questions and never once pressed me to hurry or pull the trigger on the sale. He even sat a couple of models side-by-side that he had to go get. Jake has also since followed up plus quickly got the accessories I wanted with my vehicle. Thanks to Jake, I am very pleased with this dealership and will recommend him to others!

Used my "free" coupons.

Jim Ellis sent me coupons for my 2011 GMC Sierra, but I used them for my 20 year old Pontiac Montana. It was a very pleasant experience. I took my laptop and made some productive time using the WIFI. The Montana got fresh oil and a wash job and a safety check. She has a 167,000 miles and is running strong. Thinks Jim Ellis, and crew.
